Vodia PBX Posted September 18, 2015 Report Posted September 18, 2015 It depends on when you originally bought the license. If the time was more than two years ago when 5.3.0 was build you are fine. You can check this at vodia.com then log in and view your licenses, they show you the date of purchase. More information is available on https://vodia.com/news20150828 (yes it makes sense to read the newsletter ). You can still go back to 5.2.6, just "upgrade" to 5.2.6 then. Quote

By the way Vodia there is a bug when you upgrade to 5.3.0 The license is not recognised anymore and in General - System - Maximum number of calls switches to 0. Please be aware. I read the following "Bundles that have been purchased before 30th September 2015 will include a two year maintenance plan. However, there will be no support tickets included." to mean that any bundles purchased before 30th September 2015 will include software updates until September 2017. After that, a paid support maintenance plan will be required every year. If so, I am quite comfortable with the new licensing model. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted November 1, 2015 Report Posted November 1, 2015 Yes, almost. However the clock starts ticking when the license was bought, so if you bought it in lets say July 2014, your are good for upgrade images built until June 2016 for free. Quote
