  1. The red is number of calls and the blue is number of call legs
  2. I am not sure whether you have done PnP with this PBX. There is a wiki page for polycom phones http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Polycom. This was written based on 550/650 models. If 330 has similar configuration, then it should work too like the 550.
  3. Also, make sure that "May change the destination for the night mode for the following accounts" under Extension->Permissions tab is not empty.
  4. If you just had 1 registration (you can verify that by going to Extension->Registration page), then the intercom should have worked. I am not sure we will update this feature back to old behavior. The reason is that, if you more than 1 UA registered and every one of them start the intercom, then the other folks can possibly hear the conversation. Multicast page audio is not affected by this.
  5. By holding in the reset button until the fxo lights come on solid and then power cycle the box, you can factory reset.
  6. There were some recording issues fixed in 3.4 version. Could you please try it covers your case too? The link is http://pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-3.4.0.3194.exe.
  7. Thanks for the feedback. We will take care of it in the next versions. Meanwhile, you can manually - - Change "max_regs" to the number you want under pbx.xml file. - Change "mb_pinsize" under "<working dir>/domains/1.xml" file. Note that if you have multiple domains, make changes to the proper xml file.
  8. So please download the version posted in the earlier response and update your system.
  9. Can you PM support@pbxnsip.com with the SIP log?
  10. There is some data in the agent group itself, probably not been added to the CDR. Here are those - Hangup while ringing Hangup while waiting Ringing redirect Waiting redirect Key exit You can probably get daily emails on these stats using "Send daily CDR report to:" field on the agent group, until these fields are added to the CDR.
  11. We have a version that has IPv4 and IPv6 related fix. You can download it from http://pbxnsip.com/cs410/update-3.4.0.3194.tgz
  12. Cent OS version can be found here - http://pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-centos5-4.0.0.3204
  13. Can you please send a PM to support@pbxnsip.com with server address and an extension to configure against? We would like to do the PnP against your PBX from our lab.
  14. If you see that then the phone is not getting the files from the PBX or the phone did not like the file sent by PBX. Once you configure the settings that are talked in the know-how letter, can you"Reset" the phone instead of "Reboot"? Sometimes, reboot does not clear out some parameters and that could cause the issue.
  15. Sorry about that. This was an issue that was found sometime back and we have provided a fix for it. But the official release has not been out yet for this. You can download the latest on this here http://pbxnsip.com/cs410/update-3.4.0.3191.tgz
  16. Ok. Have you taken a look at the know how new letter on this http://www.pbxnsip.com/knowhow/knowhow-PnP.html#WANPnP?
  17. Here is the windows build http://pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-4.0.0.3204.exe
  18. Plug and Play dial plan might be set to 2 digits. Check the "Default PnP Dialplan scheme" under Domain->Settings page (almost at the bottom). Maybe it is set to 2 digit extension. Change it to 4 digits and reboot the phone.
  19. Just have to check the format of the number. What configured and what comes in should match. The SIP INVITE message should tell you what is coming in.
  20. If there are no registration and the call is sent to the cell phone, check whether you have "Press 1 to accept" configured. In that case, if '1' is not pressed by the cell phone user, the call should end up on the extension's mailbox after the mailbox timeout
  21. The software will remain the same. Only the license key will be different.
  22. Depends on the license you have. When you bought the license, have you requested the G729 license? If not and if you want the G729 license, please contact sales@pbxnsip.com.
  23. Ok. There is another setting under Domain->Settings page that lets the user to "camp on" on the destination. You can set that to "No" (along with the mailbox disabled). With these 2 settings, PBX should send back the error code, instead of connecting the call to voicemail system.
  24. Well, G729 is a licensed codec(i.e., you need to have license to use it). pbxnsip has been supporting this codec for a long time. Check out the Admin->Settings->Ports page. You will see the supported codecs.
  25. Yes. You can disable the mailbox of the user. To do so, login as admin, go to extension's mailbox tab/page and set "Mailbox Enabled" field to "Disabled"
