  1. What's is happening here is that, when the called party UA sends 480 error code, PBX is connecting the call to the user's mailbox, so that the caller can leave a message. Did you connect something and verified anything being played back?
  2. There should be a setting on the extension (208 in your case), called "Show following ACD queues:". Try putting 750 and 751 there and see now you will see the queues when you login as 208.
  3. Yes. we will add a 'clear/delete' option if the picture is set. Meanwhile, if like SOAP , you can probably make use of it http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Access_t...arameterRequest
  4. Hmm.. bit of admin work may be needed here. Need to clear out the "picture" tag from the users extension (the xml file under the 'extensions' folder for that user).
  5. If the extension where the snom phone is registered, the intercom will not work. Please take a look at the release notes - http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Release_Notes_3.3#Intercom. If the phone has just 1 registration, then it should work fine.
  6. Can you attach the screen shot of the user input section?
  7. Thanks for the tip. http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Installi...27s_file_system
  8. Oh! On CS410, you can ssh to the box (or if WinSCP lets you see the directory structure on the CS410, that's fine too). The default working directory is /pbx. So you would have to create 'html' folder under /pbx and copy the file into that folder.
  9. Maybe I should have asked what is in the 'user input' field of the AA. If your extensions start with 1, do not set 1 in the user input. Use 2 or 3 or 4 etc instead
  10. If your extension has the cell phone configured (under the redirection tab/page for the extension), then PBX recognizes it when the call is made from your cell phone.
  11. Since your extensions start with 1, then try to avoid that as one of the inputs and see you can avoid the problem.
  12. Currently, you have to create them one at a time. Although you should try the "Import CSV" option.
  13. Ok. this was a defect on the PBX part. We are making changes to the software to fix this. Meanwhile you can download the attached file and place it under <pbx install dir>/html folder. (Please create html folder, if it is not present). Then reboot the phone. Just to verify the change, you can open and see the 'generated/<domain>/extension/snom_3xx_phone.xml' file. snom_3xx_phone.xml
  14. Based on this log, PBX is supposed send call to REFER-TO: <sip:5204@10.1.1.13:2373;transport=tcp;user=phone>. Maybe the caller does not have permission to call this number. None of the dialplans associated here did not find a match. [9] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Dialplan: Evaluating !^7([0-9]*)@.*!sip:\1@\r;user=phone!i against 5204@10.1.1.13 [5] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Call b36b6982@pbx#60273: Last request not finished [9] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Dialplan: Evaluating !^0([0-9]*)@.*!sip:0\1@\r;user=phone!i against 5204@10.1.1.13 [9] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Resolve 5425329: aaaa tcp 10.1.1.3 5065 [9] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Resolve 5425329: a tcp 10.1.1.3 5065 [9] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Resolve 5425329: tcp 10.1.1.3 5065 [9] 2009/06/02 09:56:48: Dialplan: Evaluating !^1([0-9]*)@.*!sip:1\1@\r;user=phone!i against 5204@10.1.1.13 So now the question is that can the user call this number directly?
  15. I am sure you have already taken a look at the http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Service_...sic_rules_of_SF. 12:00 may be bit confusing, add an extra minute, say 12:01 (just for testing sake)
  16. Can we get a detailed SIP log here. Please refer http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Admin_se...the_SIP_logging on how to get the log.
  17. It should work without any special settings. Since it is not working for you, you can send us the SIP log from the PBX. Please follow http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Admin_se...the_SIP_logging to get log.
  18. what about the other stuff, like configuring the log file name, netstat etc and verifying it. Otherwise, please give us the RDP access.
  19. Well, based on this is nothing being logged to the file (log_filename is empty, and that is fine). Other reason why the PBX does not start, if if the ports are used by other processes. Make sure that none of the ports specified on the "Ports" page are in use (netstat will tell you that). If you do not want to do the netstat, then set "log-$.txt" for log_filename and start the PBX. If the PBX does not start then, you will have the log file created under the PBX working directory. Just open that and see any errors reported. BTW, did you mention what OS you are using?
  20. First you need to see if anything is set under "Log filename" field under "General Logging" Section (If PBX is running). Then check out the wiki line that says "The setting "log-$.txt" will create a log file under the pbx working directory with the name "log-yyyy-mm-dd.txt", where 'yyyy' is the year, 'mm' is the month and 'dd' is the date". Then check "log_filename" under the pbx.xml and clear the entry.
  21. Just check whether you have the logging going on to the log file. If the file name setting does not have $ in it, file can grow really big and can cause the system not start properly. Check out http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Log_Setup
  22. Snom phones support TLS (security, security, ...) and PBX chooses TLS as the default for snom phones. The standard port for TLS is 5061. So all is good. If you change the transport to UDP and then reboot the phone, the phones should have sip:64.151.xx.xxx:5060;transport=udp after the reboot.
  23. No, you do not have to put the DID anywhere in the trunk settings. All you have to do is to put it under the extension's account number. Make sure that the carrier is sending the number what you have set on this filed (sometime 10 vs 11 digits can cause issues. So set the number that comes from the carrier).
