  1. The one in the reg_setting.htm is the system level timezone. Set that to time zone of the server. The one in the domain level is specific to the domain (if the domain is in a different time zone than that of the system)
  2. Can you first verify whether you have the correct data under <pbx install dir>/cdr? This folder contains CDRs in the XML format. You should be able to locate the corresponding file and verify. If that file shows the correct data, then we may have some issue in the CSV format.
  3. If is at the bottom (almost) of the Account->General page (when you click on any account, you will land in this page)
  4. Maybe you can try http://pbxnsip.com/download/pbxctrl-3.3.1.3173.exe
  5. Based on the screen shots, the setup looks good. The log file shows that the UM is rejecting the call. Looking at http://forum.pbxnsip.com/index.php?showtopic=1635, we may have to verify the UM dial plan type (E164, Extension or SIP) and the security (unsecured, secured, sip secured?). Changing these values may make a difference.
  6. For call between domain, there is something called "Try loopback"under the dialplans. See whether that suffices your requirement.
  7. You may have to look at the agent group instead of the hunt group.
  8. Any resolution on this yet?
  9. Maybe SIP trace will tell us what is going on. There will be NOTIFY messages sent to the phones The body of the message to set the MWI ---------------------------------------------------- Messages-Waiting: yes Message-Account: sip:848@pbx.company.com Voice-Message: 1/0 (0/0) ----------------------------------------------------- ...to clear MWI ---------------------------------------------------- Messages-Waiting: no Message-Account: sip:848@pbx.company.com Voice-Message: 0/0 (0/0) ------------------------------------------------------ If you see these messages, then there may be issue at the phone. Otherwise, we will have to take a look at the PBX
  10. What missing parameters are you talking about? There are couple of places you have PnP related settings Admin->Settings->PnP page Domain->Settings page: Provisioning Parameters section
  11. Since you have 9:00-18:00 on the service flag, this account gets activated during that time. Either you can modify the service flag account to be manual and then set the state to 'clear' Or you can change the time range to something outside your normal office hours. This way, auto attendant will behave the way you wanted.
  12. Joso, if you are not particular about the HTTP provisioning, you can follow these and get the phone provisioned On the PBX: 1. Put the MAC address of the phone under the extension's "Registration page->Bind to MAC Address" field 2. Admin->Settings->PnP page- Trust MAC address ON 3. Admin->Settings->PnP page- point to the correct version of the firmware, something like http://provisioning.snom.com/download/fw/s....3.14-SIP-f.bin On the phone, under Advanced->Update page 1. Update Policy: Update automatically 2. Settings URL: tftp://pbx-ip 3. Subscribe config: off 4. PnP Config: off Hit "Save", then it will ask to reboot. After the reboot is successful (it goes through couple of reboots), you should have the phone registered.
  13. Call history is stored under CDR folder. If you have too many records, move some of the old ones (including the ones that are being shown in the call history window. Say, keep only the last 30 records). Then you may see the new ones.
  14. Is this anyway related to issue that is resolved in http://forum.pbxnsip.com/index.php?showtopic=2297&hl=
  15. Setting up the trunk on the PBX is it is very easy. All you need to know is here http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Trunk_Settings Based on the information that you have provided, you need to create a "Registration" trunk on the PBX. Then fill in parameters given by your provider
  16. Not sure whether you are looking for the "Prefix" setting on the trunk page. For help, search for "prefix" on this page http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Outbound_Calls_on_Trunk
  17. Ok. Just FYI.. the same setting is available on the "Registration" under the extension also. So you can control per extension basis too.
  18. I would use 3.3.0.3165 instead. You mentioned that there is only 1 extension. But how many registrations on this extension? If there are more than 1 registered phone, can you force them to have only 1 registration and then verify that you see the problem? (There is setting under Admin->settings page "Max. number of concurrent registrations per extension:")
  19. If I understand correctly, you are on 3.3.0.3165 version. Can you confirm this please?
  20. That is really weird. Even the duration, durationHHMMSS does not seem to make too much sense. We will take a look at it.
  21. Is the goal to register a pbxnsip trunk to the talkswitchCVA or vice-versa? Looks like talkswitchCVA is trying to register with pbxnsip with 5408604580@otter.highspeedlink.net as account. Do you have such account created on pbxnsip?
  22. This information is available from version 3.3.0.3165 onwards. http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Agent_Gr...ction_with_SOAP
