Can you try the following? Under domain, set the "Country Code" to '1' and under the trunk, set the "Rewrite global number" to "For NANPA 11 digits". Then, under "dial plans", you can just have one entry (instead of 202 and 203) with pattern=*, replacement=*.

i must not have same version as one pictured in wiki
pbx support replied to mattlandis's topic in PAC and WAC
Oh! Can you PM to support@pbxnsip.com with the username/password you would like to have on our OTRS system? We will create an account for you based on that and send you the confirmation. -
There is a "camp on" feature available on the PBX. Not sure that would be sufficient for your case.

We do keep the defects in OTRS. When you get a chance, can you open the defects on our system? http://support.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Troub...cket_Processing -
You mean something like "Do you want to delete account 555?" ?

Looks like the PBX did not like the IP address where the request is coming from. [2] 2009/03/06 10:06:21: SOAP: Request from untrusted IP address Check out Admin->setttings:"SOAP Trusted IP"

Version 3.3.0.3147 and cell phone audio tranport
pbx support replied to YMSL's topic in Product/Site Comments
Try, http://www.pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-centos5-3.3.0.3156. If you see "Lock codec..." under the trunk page, then this version supports it. Otherwise, I will spin a new version and update the forum. BTW, next time the question should be "where is this centos version to download?" not "where is this version to download?" -

One-Way Audio On the ITSP trunk when restricting the codec to G.729
pbx support replied to Jean Iles's topic in Trunk Setup
You can download http://www.pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-3.3.0.3157.exe. There are 2 places that you can set "Lock codec during conversation" One is at Admin->Settings->Ports page and other is at the trunk page. If you set both settings 'on', then the codec problem should go away -
Did not understand the requirement clearly. But did you check out http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Inbound_Calls_on_Trunk?

Queue control with external logic
pbx support replied to Santiago Londoño's topic in Agent Group Setup
This section is not documented yet. But if you set the SOAP URLs like any other settings, you will recieve the status information. Ex: <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:sns="http://soap.com/pbx"><env:Body><sns:ACDWelcome><Queue>sip:73@pbx.company.com</Queue><CallID>bed956cf-52a490b2-1b2f6fcd@192.168.1.113#f69ad5cad6</CallID><From>"Fourty Eight" <sip:48@pbx.company.com></From><To><sip:73@pbx.company.com></To><Duration>4</Duration><State>connected</State><Extension>48@pbx.company.com</Extension></sns:ACDWelcome></env:Body></env:Envelope> -
Make sure that the firewall is not blocking anything. Make sure that you have provided the port, if PBX is running on a different port (other than 80)

Snom 7.1.35 is ok. No issue there. Check the trunk settings and dial plan if you are having issues calling external numbers. Also, enable SIP logging and post the call trace. That would definitely help. BTW, can you call the same numbers from other phones?
-
Since it is working in our lab with the same versions, it is hard to declare it as a bug yet. We are looking into other aspect that could impact the intercom behavior now. BTW, there is a new version for both windows and mac - http://www.pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-3.3.0.3156.exe, http://www.pbxnsip.com/protect/pbx-darwin9.0-3.3.0.3156.zip If you want to give the Mac version a spin, feel free(make a back up of the old data). Intercom works ok on both the versions here.

Thanks. In the interest of the forum, I would want to take this discussion out of the forum. Can you PM support@pbxnsip.com?

Looks like the phone is not behaving right. What is the version running on the phone? BTW, before changing anything, please do a factory reset and see the problem goes away.

Even though PBX generates SOAP messages, we do not have WSDL. WSDL is needed only if we have a "Web Service" that lets you discover the service and perform different operations on the PBX.
-
In this version, we are mainly concentrating on the basic calls (calls from and to the extensions). We are going to add other features in the coming versions. In the old version we used "buttons" to control what accounts you monitor. In the new version, we introduced "Watch following... ". The idea is that the domain administrator decides who can watch/monitor who. (currently user can configure this field. But will be moved out soon). BTW, how do you setup Fiddler to watch the PAC traffic?

Is it possible to post the "Agents" tab for the agent group?. It will show hangup from the PBX point of view. Example data is shown below. ******************** Hangup while ringing 1 Hangup while waiting 0 Ringing redirect 0 Waiting redirect 0 Key exit 0 ******************
-
Is the phone registered to the PBX now or still not registered? Based on the log, phone is provisioned ok but few features will not be available.
-
First you have to unlock the page to make the appearance tab visible. Take a look at this page http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Changing...ng_the_web_page You do not need to reboot after this change.

Also, can you verify you see messages like this on the PBX when you make the calls? ***** [5] 20090302153100: Receive SOAP request via HTTP interface <?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?><env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:sns="htt p://www.pbxnsip.com/soap/pbx"><env:Body><sns:MakeCall><domain>localhost</domain><callingDevice>41</callingDevice><called DirectoryNumber>42</calledDirectoryNumber></sns:MakeCall></env:Body></env:Envelope> **********
