Hallo, die Ansagen usw. sind alle auf Deutsch. Das Display vom Telefon 320 ist auf Englisch und im Webinterface vom Telefon gibt es kein Deutsch. Habe gelesen das man beim 320 aufgrund von Speicher nur eine Sprache für die Anzeige laden kann nur wie macht man das mit PNP ? Gruß

Hallo, das PNP für das snom 320 wird erfolgreich durchgeführt. Nach der Provisionierung ist die Sprache auf Englisch im snom-3xx_fx-.xml File sieht es Deutsch aus. Wie kann man bei dem 320 die Sprache auf Deutsch stellen über PNP, im Webinterface wird nur Englisch als auswählbare angezeigt? Hi, the backup / restore is not working for us. We try to move the config of the pbx to a other system. First the make a update from 5.1.0 to 5.2.3 (source) and save the xxxx.tar of the pbx This xxx.tar file we can not to input this data in the new system 5.2.3 (target). We found in the files no information about IP Adress of the system or license etc. so this is not the problem for us. thanks

Hello, we have problems to find the right config for the PNP Button of the yealink phones (T48) PNP is working with 2 failure the langue of the phone is englisch and the website of the phone is french. For example we want to config the button of the yealink with CellPhone ParkOrbit (for account 50) BusyLamp (for account 100) Transfer All the adjustment in the GUI of the PBX change to BLF in the webinterface of the yealink. We try BLF with different Starcodes etc the phone to label right this text and the button on the fone is not active. We try to setup the button direct from the gui of the phone and the button have after this a small icon and looks active. Maybe you can point us to the right direction how the can use buttons on yealink with the pbx. thanks

Die IP kann man als trusted setzen aber warum es zu dem Blocking kommt wäre interessant. Eine Idee woran das liegen kann ?

Polycom Defining the Buttons You can define up to 48 buttons for the Polycom phones (see buttons for more information). Currently, only the BLF and speed dial modes are supported. It is irrelevant which exact BLF mode you select; all modes are mapped to the Polycom BLF mode. For park orbits, choose the BLF mode and the PBX will indicate that this button serves as a park orbit. Fehlende Funktionen die nicht durch eine automatische Provisionierung supported sind können durch eine Anpassung in den config Files manuell umgesetzt werden wie Cell Phone, Service Flag, DND, Agent Group, MWI Group? Hallo, der Graph MOS Abschätzung für Gespräche mit Nebenstellen zeigt eine gerade Linie auf 4,1 für alle Gespräche. Wie ist der Wert zu bewerten wenn die Anlage im RZ steht? In einigen Fällen nimmt die Gesprächsqualität ab aber der Wert im Graph ist auf 4,1 ? Gruß

Hallo, die Version 5.1.3 ist upgedatet und das selbe Verhalten zeigt sich. Im LOG (Domain) ist keine Info über die Mobile Nummer zu sehen und im Admin LOG kommen keine Meldungen es hat den Anschein als ob Laden und Löschen keine Funktion hat. Wird eine Rufnummer unter Alle Rufe umleiten oder wenn Nebenstelle nicht registriert ist hinterlegt kommt wieder die Nebenstelle ist nicht erreichbar. Die Anlage mit Nebenstellen / Rufgruppe und Ein / Aus Schalter usw. funktioniert ohne Probleme die Anlage hat auch genügend Speicher usw. Kann gerne die Access Daten mit einer PM senden eine Test Nebenstelle hatte ich angelegt zum prüfen. Gruß

Hallo, das selbe Verhalten ist auch in der 5.1.2.d es wird im LOG nicht die Rufnummer für die Weiterleitung angezeigt. Sehr komisch ist das bei einer Weiterleitung aller Anrufe die Nebenstelle nicht von außen erreichbar ist! Wie kann man den Fehler eingrenzen ? Gruß

Hallo, Es wird keine Rufumleitung auf das Handy durchgeführt weder bei einem direkten Call auf die Nebenstelle oder z. B.: einer Rufgruppe. Im LOG ist keine Info sichtbar, warum es nicht durchgeführt wird, die Rufweiterleitungsnummer taucht im LOG nicht auf. Wird eine Rufumleitung für alle Calls gesetzt, wird die Nebenstelle als nicht angemeldet signalisiert die Rufnummer der Nebenstelle ist dann nicht vergeben und nicht erreichbar von extern. Nutzen die 5.1.2.w snomONE free bei der 5.1.2d (Debian64), das gleiche verhalten. Woran kann das liegen, gibt es neue Einstellungen, die explizit eine Rufumleitung freischalten? Gruß

Hallo, mit der besagten version-5.1.2r ausprobiert auf eine bestehende 5.1.2d Debain 64. Nach dem update sind alle Konten gelöscht bis auf die Nebenstellen es sind auch alle Audiofiles weg usw. Da hat nur ein zurückspielen vom Backup geholfen ! Gruß
