  1. Hi, in the new version 5.5.4 (Debian64) how is the activesync working. In the settings we write the accountdata and press the button, no informationen in the log about any action. In the new webfront where is the storage of the contacts ? thanks

  6. Hi, we use the feature DISA to dialin in the pbx and to make outbound calls via the mobile. We have clipnoscreen on by the provider so the number from the caller is to show by a redirection of the extension to the mobile. Outbound calls via the mobile to show the mobile number and not the office number, our customer want to send the office number. Our idea is to handle this via the dialplan and to change / replace the mobile number to the office number without sucess.   8. Hi, currently we have two phones for the reception, we setup a hunt group and put the two phones in stage 1 and the last is a mailbox. Is working no problm. The customer need for same reason for launch etc. a redirection for all calls from this 2 phones to a other extension and to adjust this direct on the phone. Now we run in trouble, the redirection is not working ;-( We try a Auto Attendants and a ACD without success to handle the redirection of the phone. Only the Auto Attendants handle the redirection with the restriction to handle only one phone, in the Timeout Handling under the redirection number we setup the two phones You know a simple solution for this thanks
  9. Hi, we try the new Version and the GUI (WebRTC) for the User looks very good, one problem what we have. The names from the contacts in the adressbook are not show in the caller log or incoming calls, only the number without the name is showing. thanks

Hi, we work with vodia / snomONE a long time and we found not the right hardware and software to setup a close system DECT We try M9 and this device was working now EOL The new M700 and M325 lack on features no LDAP and PNP etc and not very unstabil. What is the best DECT System for vodia Gigaset looks not to bad for us 2.) Analog Gateway OK, Cisco SPA122 for FAX 3.) CTI We are found this solution http://camrivox.com/products/flexor-cti-outlook/ All phones are supported Yaelink,Polycom and snom We know the vodia support CSTA, this is not supported from the companys (estos,c4b, servonic etc) and you run in problems you have no support. 4.) Phones We use for a long time snom, the quality of snom goes down and the PNP is not so deep anymore Now we look for yealink or polycom From the vodia site that is the best PNP and feature Phone work well with PNP Please Vodia give a short overview for a good supported and stabile hardware to setup the right system. We know all is SIP and every Device is supported etc. thanks

  13. Hi, the ACD try to call the mobile and is this call not connected the acd try again and again and again with a pause time. ACD -> call mobile -> pause -> ACD -> call mobile I mean the pause time between this calls with faster to reduce the pause time thanks
  14. Hi, we have a customer only with one agent in the ACD, all working fine ;-) The customer ask to setup a faster frequency to call the mobile again when a caller is in the queue The ACD Group have a parameter for this? thanks
  15. Hi, in our ACD group the agent work also with the mobile, the question is to setup a ring time for this mobile. The problem is after 33 sec the mobile operator connect this call and to make the billing for this call. The question, is it possible to setup a ring time for example to 30 sec and the call is not billing from the mobile operator. thanks
  16. Hi, in the new version 5.4.1 the Buttons are overwriting from the Domain setup For example: Speeddial Button is setup with Paramter and Label after a refresh the parameter is overwrite from the domain extension button setup, the label is OK not overwriting. thanks

    Softphone

    Hi, your customer use a softphone and we open the account for provison and the softphone is working, next day the softphone is offline the PC is during the night not on and power on is on next day. How is the setup to provison a softphone and use this everday without every day open the account for provision, the customer has no fix IP. We bind no MAC adress to this account we use * The same problem is for the M700, is the M700 disconnected you need to open the provision for this account again. thanks

Hi, the callflow Calling party call to the ACD, hear announce, Agent 1 pick up the call on the mobile [press 1] All ok Now the problem A second party call to the ACD, hear announce, Agent 1 is on the phone with the first party, the frequent for the call waiting tone is only one time to the mobile. The party is still in the ACD hear the announce and the pbx send nothing to the mobile of the agent anymore, this is to reproduce. The feature shift to the mailbox after xy time is working only for waiting party in the ACD and no agent is on the call, One party is connected to a agent this feature is not working for the other party still waiting in the ACD. The feature the agent can handle more than one call is active We use the hosted version 5.4.0 thanks
  19. Hi, with the new version we found a bug. The ACD Group has 2 Agents when the call come inside the phones and mobiles from the agent are ringing. After one of the agent connect the call and a new call come to the agent where are already on the phone, the frequent of the second call is only one time (call waiting) after this the pbx not try to connect the agent any more, the second agent not to take the phone and is not in a call. The caller wait 25 min and longer and hang up The feature to move the caller to the mailbox after the caller has xy sec waiting in the loop is also broken. The feature is only working then no agent is on the phone then the caller is move to the mailbox maybe after 2 mins. We make a downgrade to 5.3.2 the pbx send normal frequent calls to the mobile of the agent, the feature to move the caller to the mailbox is not working. Please make a hotfix for this problems Thanks
