    Uhrzeit snom 720

    Hallo, über die Provisonierung ist die Uhrzeit nicht provisioniert. Ein Versuch in der GUI direkt die Zeitzone und einen deutschen NTP zu setzen hat nichts gebracht, wir bekommen die Uhrzeit nicht gestellt ist immer 34 Minuten als Differenz angezeigt. Eine Idee was man versuchen kann andere Telefone haben das Verhalten nicht. Gruß

Setze ich die Nebenstelle auf sofortige Weiterleitung zum Mobile klingeln beide Bria und das Mobile und wähle ich am Bria das mobile direkt als zweiten Call mit der vollen Nummer wird der Ruf aufgebaut. Warum bei dem transfer *52 max calls kommt ist für mich nicht zu erklären. Gruß
  3. Hallo, gibt es eine Möglichkeit mit einem Softphone wie z.B.: Bria Android ein angenommes Gespräch auf das Mobile zu switchen. Habe *52 als Wahl und DTMF versucht leider kein Erfolg. Eine Idee Gruß

  6. Hi, we want to provisioning the virtual Buttons on the 821 (Press P1 on the phone) only the first 4 Extension are on the display from the 821 related to the button on the phone. Hi, we found this to provisioning the function keys --------------------------- http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Modifying_Plug_and_Play_Files Reverting back to the phone menu button to default After the default plug and play with the snomONE PBX, the snom phone's Menu button will be programmed to handle some extension specific functions, like changing the DND status, setting up the call forwarding, changing the name, email, cell phone etc. If you do not like this behavior, then you will have to modify the snom_xxx_phone.xml file. You can modify this templates from Admin->Web Page Control tab From <dkey_menu perm="RW">url {http-url snom}/menu.xml?auth=basic</dkey_menu> To <dkey_menu perm="RW">keyevent F_SETTINGS</dkey_menu> After the template has been modified, you will have to reboot the phone to see the change. --------------------------- in the snom3xx_phone.xml file we have already this settings to provision the function key <dkey_snom perm="RW">url {http-url snom}/menu.xml?auth=basic</dkey_snom> and two lines below in the same file the settings for the default ??? <dkey_menu perm="RW">keyevent F_MENU</dkey_menu> is this right thanks

Hi, under the function key menu is no value, the firmware is snom870-SIP 8.4.35 For me looks like the phone is not correct auto provisioning all the other functions keys LDAP etc is without values. Under the folder "generated" the phone has 4 files and also the admin password and pin is provisioning to the phone. thanks
  10. Hi, this page describe how you can use the ring melody http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Ring_Melody. For snom 720 this works for us and we have all the ring melody in the menu. For the snom 870 is not working The menu button is available only on the screen and not on the menu buttons of the snom phone device. The phone is provisioning via Plug & Play. The menu button on the display contains only "Preference / Call Features / Maintenance" and not the ring melody. any idea thanks
  11. Hi, the bug with the duplicate address entries are fixed ;-) The second bug in the adress book is still open. Privat contacts are visible on all phones and the settings Standard, Domain, Privat or Both has no function for us tested on 870,720 thanks

  13. Hi, in the user portal we add new private contacts (snom 720) this contacts are then twice in the directory listing on the phone. The personal contacts are also on all the other phones (snom 870 etc.) like a domain contact. If we are to create private contacts on the snom 870 this contacts are not to seen on other phones. Some contacts in the domain are displayed twice on all devices snom 870 and snom 720 The function for the adressbook is for us not working there are no differences in the settings With only personal setting the contacts from the domain are displayed and only domain setting the contacts are displayed also the private contacts etc. Standard Only Domain Only personal Domain and personal snomONE v5.1.1 thanks
  14. thanks for answer We want to see is the hunt group ringing and also the caller ID where is ringing. Normaly when we monitoring via the button we see this group or extension etc. is ringing and not the caller id. thanks
  15. Hi, our phones are all provisioning via PNP. When we log into the phone, we see a lot of changes that are not saved and a messages is displayed please save this changes.   17. the snomONE is in the datacenter WAN and the phone is in the LAN and we use ACL for the network. To make the intervals shorter for the TCP connections we change in the PBX a value or in the network ? thanks

  20. Hi, via PNP the ringtone selected in the GUI is not auto provision and changes in the GUI for the ringtone has no effect to the snom 720 thanks

    Hi, thanks for answer i am not understand the context which buttons on the phone are involved to generated this CDR ? Only with the latest release 5.1.1 this CDR data is contained how can we disable this We use snom 720 thanks

  25. Hi, we have some issues with the adressbook. By adding a missed call to the adressbook this numbers are not match with incoming calls. The reason for this are in the transfer to the directory the number is changed Example missed calls +499xxxx change to 499xxxx 01xxxxxx change to 491xxxx for new numbers 01xxxxx change to +491xxxxx 09xxxx change to +499xxxxx For number and mobile is this the same we can not change this behavior under edit the number is without +49 (01xxx) ! The country code in the domain is 49 thanks
