The problem is after 33 sec the mobile operator connect this call and to make the billing for this call. Vodia PBX Posted May 9, 2016 Report Share Posted May 9, 2016 There are various ways to have the call redirected after so-and-so many seconds ("after ringing so-and-so many seconds"). Also you can have the user press "1" on the cell phone to confirm it is a human. Make sure that you are on 5.4.1 as there were a couple of bugs with ACD and cell phone pre-5.4.1. parasush Posted June 18, 2016 Report Share Posted June 18, 2016 Yes, we can reduce the ring time by specifying the time in carrier dialplan exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@goautodial,20,tTo) 20 is the time, you can change it according to your requirement.
