Guest Deon
Hi The IOS App works perfectly on my LAN, but from the internet it dials connects but I can not hear the callee, but the callee can hear me. If I do a TCP dump can see communication back a forth on 10443 (Vodia PBX https port) between the phone and the PBX. It is only using 10443 not other ports are used coming from the IOS APP (LTE). If I login using the IOS Safari, the login screen is returned without errors, after I type in my credentials. Any idea on how to fix? Support
Could you switch the App to work on wifi and make sure that these ports https://doc.vodia.com/vodia_ports are open on your firewall and then make the external call and see if that helps? Please use Chrome browser when dealing with the PBX as Safari has a lot of bugs that we discovered over time.
Guest Deon
Hi Thanks for the response. In the internal network (LAN) every think works great, that includes WiFi. I will try all the ports again. But from the TCP Dump on the router I do not see any SIP (5060/5061) and RTP traffic coming from the IOS APP or from the PBX. Vodia PBX
Is the PBX on public IP or in the LAN? In any case I would get a PCAP https://doc.vodia.com/pcap and see what ports are advertised by the PBX and in what direction the RTP/STUN/DTLS packets are sent.
