Active Sync issues

I am trying got get activesync with Office 365 contacts.  I have followed the instruction in https://doc.vodia.com/docs/activesync and I am getting the following error -

Activesync: Syncing failed 1. Error code = 401

Error validating credentials due to invalid username or password.

this shows in our Office365 admin as a failed attempt with wrong user/pass. ... but I can view the error by logging in with the same user/pass.

 

Windows App 3.6.0  PBX's V68.0.2 and 68.0.4

Can you try to login with a different account like outlook.live.com or similar ?

Because we had the same error one of the accounts and we used a different account which just went through.

This has to be tried because the logs on the PBX about this are limited given we don't handle the O365 account.
