BVD
Hi Team, I have been using gmail as my email for all the error messages etc and also have a customer or 2 using gmail accounts for their voicemail message delivery. The smtp setup is not from a gmail account its from my own SMTP server and all other emails seem to be delivering fine. Back in September I realised that all gmail accounts stopped getting the messages. Anyone else find this and have an answer to it. mskenderian
First thing. I would go to system level notifications email, and click on the send test email button. see if they works. If not try changing the email address for the main admin to something else see if that works. if not turn up logging for email and try again report back logs
RichardDCG
Gmail sending needs additional steps to get working using the free account, receiving should be ok though.
Vodia PBX
Just my opinion, sending PBX emails from a free gmail account does not help making the service shine with your users. You might want to take a look at sending email through other services like Amazon SES where you can make sure that the emails do not look like SPAM and they originate from a domain of your choice. If you don't care, you can as well use the Vodia cloud email which is in the drop down for the email setup.
