Brandywine Posted August 30, 2023 Report Share Posted August 30, 2023 That hasnt been added yet, we have asked as well and waiting for the add, hopefully soon . it will work if you use Call Queues instead, they do exist in the app and you can set Allow multiple calls to ring agents in parallel = YES And the Queue will essentially act the same as a Hunt group . just a suggested work around for now to keep the customer happy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
