hosted
I cant find this in the manual. Agent group Priority = 3 Agent group Priority = 1 same people in both groups. doesnt Priority 1 answer before calls in priority 3?
Vodia PBX
This is about the question which agent should be called by what queue. If there is a agent available for both queues and both queues have callers waiting, it shoul pick the queue with the higher priority. Things get tricky when the polling interval gets changed (that is why we took the setting out in the beginnnig of version 4). Then the behavior can get random. Hopefully that is under control now and the queue with the higher priority gets the call.

The priority is useful only if the same agent is in 2 different queues with different priorities & calls are waiting on both queues.

pbx support
that is exactly what I am trying to do. 1 is the highest priority right? If you have a version that is newer than 4.1.0.4015, it feature should work.
