pbx support Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 You are not doing anything wrong. Currently, only system administrator is allowed to assign the DID. Maybe it was done for some reason. We will check with the engineering team and update this forum. DID can be changed at 3 level, but must be authorized by trunk provider / line provider... I had to fill out forms to get that thing working...
