It is a PBX attendant console or Web Attendant console, where you can have a program to watch extensions, etc. My questions is I hear there was a PAC v4, I have a version 3, is there a download area for the v4 PAC? My customers love having this feature. I think i can get in to WAC, however how do i access PAC? The WAC doesnt show anything on my screen, nice blue screen with no data at all, i.e the mailbox just has the text "mailbox" top left side..... looks like a total dead screen to me.... ????
