Alexandre
Hello, I'm using SPA525G phones with SnomONE. I have got unused line keys on the screen i wanted to use for BLF to monitor extensions and parking orbit. I tried to set on a key the following function for BLF : fnc=sd+blf+cp;ext=40@$PROXY; The only thing is that BLF isn't working because when the extension 40 is being called, the status on my phone does not change. I have activated calls monitoring of extension 40 on my account in SnomONE account settings. How can this be achieved from a Cisco SPA 5XX phone ? Regarding the park orbit key, i tried : fnc=prk;ext=45@$PROXY; Does not work when a call has been parked on this orbit. No blink light. (where 45 is an orbit park) I look forward other CIsco users to know which settings I should apply. Many thanks, Alexandre
Vodia PBX
Do you see the dialog subscriptions in the web interface? That is a must-have to see anything.
Alexandre
Hello, How should I proceed to see those dialog subscriptions in the web interface ? Regards, Alexandre
Vodia PBX
In domain mode, click on an extension and then select the registration tab.
Alexandre
On the extension i would like to monitor, i can only see regular REGISTRATION (1) and not any dialog subscription.
Vodia PBX
Well then the phone did not subscribe. We did work with the SPA112 (ATA), but that one does not have buttons. We probably need to get a SPA phone to try this out.
Alexandre
What did you do to get BLF working on SPA112? Thanks, AL
Vodia PBX
The SPA is a ATA, no buttons... We still have a SPA942, not sure if it is worth trying that one out. It is probably necessary that we get a SPA525G to try this out.
Alexandre
Hello, I wanted to know whether there was any update on this point for Cisco phones ? Regards, Alexandre
Vodia support
With SPA its better to leave all the buttons on the phone for lines as intended. Messing with that always causes huge problems. For BLF use the expansion keypad starting with button 1 and so on ...
cyberlex7
Hi there, I am encountering the same problem while trying to monitor whether an extension is on the phone or not. I am following up thus this topic. I am using Vodia PBX 5.3.2 with Cisco SPA525G phones. I have browsed several topics in the forum but still now, I am not able to get BLF working on my Cisco phones. Interestingly, I have seen that the PBX does not seem to allow SUBSCRIBE function from SPA525G. I have pasted below some of the SIP traces between the SPA525G and the PBX. REGISTER sip:pbx.DOMAINHIDDEN.com SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.1.24:5060;branch=z9hG4bK-43b24db From: "Alexandre" <sip:41@pbx.DOMAINHIDDEN.com>;tag=f8328d44a54068c2o2 To: "Alexandre" <sip:41@pbx.DOMAINHIDDEN.com> Call-ID: 620fb59f-1ac46364@192.168.1.24 CSeq: 35562 REGISTER Max-Forwards: 70 Authorization: Digest username="41",realm="pbx.DOMAINHIDDEN.com",nonce="c19519c7044e06a4f305f2a0644479d3",uri="sip:pbx.DOMAINHIDDEN.com",algorithm=MD5,response="cd1155a5883d396316b1ea1663dcde95" Contact: "Alexandre" <sip:41@192.168.1.24:5060>;expires=3600 User-Agent: Cisco/SPA525G-7.5.5 Content-Length: 0 Allow: ACK, BYE, CANCEL, INFO, INVITE, NOTIFY, OPTIONS, REFER, UPDATE, MESSAGE Supported: replaces It appears from the above that SPA52G does not support SUBSCRIBE method to watch the status of an extension. In comparison with a SNOM 300 phone, I have seen a Subscribe registration in the SIP trace. Does Vodia PBX allow BLF reporting from the notify function? How could I manage to get the BLF feature working between Vodia PBX and Cisco SIP Phones? Thanks in advance, Alex.
