It is run by JavaScript and websocket, so REST or even SOAP would not get you any further. Of course you can run Wireshark to see how the messages look like and implement that on your own. Quote

Vodia support Posted March 16, 2014 Report Posted March 16, 2014 Assign a queue manager this setting can be found in the ACD account under monitoring then go to then log in into the user portal, the ACD account should be listed on the top there you can see the wallboard. Quote
