matthewl
ANy update?
Vodia PBX
If you used an old installer, you need to uninstall the software first; then you can re-install it. Then it should work. The redistributable should not be needed.

matthewl
I managed to get it to install in the end... however this version has serious problems.. in a hosted environment with 360+ registered extensions it has a serious memory leak.. which caused issues with media play out due to swap file usage. Vodia PBX
Well it should not have memory leaks... Any clues? Can you give us access so that we can take a look? We have added logging of extension changes, that may take up some more memory space; however it should not be so much that it gets the system into trouble. matthewl
I can do yes but I had to roll back to version 5.1.3 as it caused so many issues with clients. Its seemed to work fine for a few hours and then outbound calls would no longer work properly due to high memory usage.
matthewl
also there seemed to be some issues with phones using TLS they would not register if they used this rather than udp/tcp or a proxy.
Vodia PBX
I am not aware about changes in the TLS area between 5.1.3 and 5.2.2. Maybe you stay on 5.1.3 and see if the problem is only in your environment or other users experience similar problems.
matthewl
I have also noticed that you can't create a domain administrator anymore?? I can set account restrictions (extensions etc) but not domain admin user?
matthewl
I might migrate this to a linux environment to test, I assume that the directories/structure are the same in the PBX folder?
matthewl
We have a test server using 5.2.2 with 1 registration and 4 domains and its using 1.7g of memory and increasing. on the Current deployed live system running 5.1.3 the service is using 2.5 gig with over 360 registrations? Do you have a recommendation for the amount of RAM per reg/domain/user?
Vodia support
I have also noticed that you can't create a domain administrator anymore?? I can set account restrictions (extensions etc) but not domain admin user? Matt are you able to see this page under the domain edit button? you should be able to create domain admin on 5.2.
matthewl
Yes I could see this but the domain administrator section had no fields, I thought it was a browser cache issue but I cleared that and it was still the same. Oddly enough I downgraded to version 5.2.0 and then upgraded to 5.2.2, after that I have the fields again! strange...
