It doesn't seem to work for me. (ie=video call doesn't automatically start on phone call) 2 xlite phones. Some switch need flipped? tx matt ps-is there a better place for v4 questions?

it appear if you click on a live call on the new call attendent--it doesn't refresh automatically anymore. (for example if the call hung up--still yellow) matt

I'm looking at the new receptionist call attendent in v4 beta. Wow. This is going the right direction! Zero install is quite impressive if you can get a nice UI. so far UI looks good what i can see. some questions #1- the "more/less" hotlinks seem to do nothing? #2-what is the softphone area? if this is a builtin softphone- wow once again. How do i use it? #3-how do i get a conference call to show in that area? I dial 71 and it doesn't show... matt

I had the issue the other day too. Not sure the fix--but i believe I restarted pbxnsip and that resolved it but i wasn't away what did it! Matt

Hey guys, just a little bit more input. I was setting up recording today and generally liked how it worked. The senario (different from the nonworking one above--by my senario works) I have only one extension recording calls. (new consultant) If I call from external number--> pstn ---> pbxnsip ---> ext 101 then transfer to ext. 174 (which is recording calls) it records the call fine. So it seems that it only doesn't record on transfer if all calls/ext's are recording? Just some input guys. Matt

Moishe, We are a Windows shop so the rest aren't quite as important but that is interesting. If we use the cs410 or plug it appears that with Top's solution the cdr can easily be sent to a Windows machine --which is genius. Matt

Hello, I would like to try a new snom firmware on a phone system because we are having problems that phones "hang". Snom recommends trying a new firmware. I would like to provision only ONE phone handset with the new firmware to make sure we don't add a lot of other issues before upgrading everyone. Is there a way to do this so that not all the phones get the new firmware? I am scheduled to do this tomorrow. (2/2) Thanks Matt

That is EXCELLENT. A great solution if it works as advertised. I will test the service if I know where it can be downloaded. This will add incredible value to pbxnsip Call Reporting. Also, I would be glad to write a SQL Reporting report to go with this. Matt

If you can make the steps to integrate to SQL please publish them. (i'm not a soap/xml expert--much more familiar with tradiontal SQL methods) We don't have any problem with SQL licensing. Matt
