Can you providing me with your license information via PM? We might have to activate a setting in the license in order for RPS to work correctly.
Thank you

Hi, The incoming notification is equal to an email notification from google which has no sound by design. I suppose when google implements this with their email notification it will also be part of the vodia user portal as well.
-
Initially it's feature request, we had this in the old version. Let see if our dev see this ticket.

Hi, Henrikt
Thank you for the update!
This is just an option
You can change the outbound proxy in the domain level as well. The setting is under the provisioning parameters. Under the outbound proxy you can do the following.
0.0.0.0/24/192.168.1.200:5080/tcp
-
You could always program a few BLF to monitor your peers. That should do the trick.
-
- Reset the phone and delete the generated folder for that extension.
Path for windows C:\Program Files\Vodia Networks\Vodia PBX\generated
Linux usr/local/pbx/generated
- Plug and play the phone again,
- Don't force the phone to get its this time
- check the generated folder ---domain---extension and see if all the prov files are there.
Please list them here.
Which version are you currently running on the Vodia PBX
Please list the phones firmware as well.
Best regards

Hi, Henrikt
Can you log into the phone and check what is set for in the update tab.
Advance---->Update
-
The translation says "Can be used anytime"
That should mean to redirect the call with no set time parameters.
You can also change the translation of the page but going to admin-->Customize---->Translation
If you turn it on you can navigate on any page and make your changes, you can then turn off the feature once you're done.

You could just repeat the cmd
ln -s path-to-actual-folder name-of-link or the mounted device/folder
-
You could backup the recording and delete the one that are over 30 days old. You could also go into the Vodia PBX working directory and check the recs folder but I would not recommend that if you don't know what you're doing.
-
You will need to create a symbolic link for example on the cmd line you will have type something like.
ln -s /usr/local/pbx/recordings /path/to/symlin
so the 2nd part is the path of the mounted device.

Thanks

Does your configuration looks like this in the Vodia PBX?
RegistrationsDisplay Name: "Name it "Account: "Should be phone number"Domain: "Should be the domain name"Username: Should be phone number"Password: "Password"••••••••••Password (repeat): "Password"••••••••••Proxy Address: "Should be the domain name"Explicitly list addresses for inbound traffic: "Should be the domain name" or the IPV4Preferred SIP port for trunk: -
Hi, I've tested your scenario and could not reproduce it here. I am running version 5.4.1.a but also tested on the later version 5.4.0 and it works here.
Can you send me a private message with attached PCAP?
If would be useful to get a trace from the trunk level only since it's where the disconnection is happening.

You can also setup under the--->Mailbox the setting is called "Time until mailbox picks up:" you can specify a shorter time so the PBX can send the call back to the system instead of it going to the cell phone mailbox $$$
-
Hi, all you need to do is add the extension that not need to be called. The other settings if that's what you asking require a starcode option.
Check this URL.
-
In your dial plan create another preference, and choose the 2nd trunk in the drop down.
For the pattern choose a prefix number like 9* and replacement can be *
so if you want to dial out press 9 and a number and it should go out the 2nd trunk.
Hope that help.
Trunk gets automatically blocked with Timeout 408

If the PBX received the 401 auth from the trunk side, then you'll need to check the password on the trunk settings.
