To accomplish distinctive ring on the yealink phone you will need to log into unit and navigate to-----> Settings--->Rings
please follow this sequence:
For
Internal Ringer Text name should be Ringer1Internal Ringer File Choose Ringer1.waveInternal Ringer Text name should be Ringer2Internal Ringer File Choose Ringer2.waveand so on until you fill all of the "Internal Ringer Text" and the "Internal Ringer file" until you reach Ringer8. The yealink phone only has 8 internal tones.
Save the configuration.
Then navigate to your vodia PBX and go to your extension edit ---> Scroll down to Ringtone and choose a ringer 1 through 8
When the extension receives a call the vodia PBX will send an alert info header based on the ringer you choose on the extension level.
Please give it a shot and let us know if you're successful.

Under the extension there a setting called "Ring melody" Which a user can toggle and choose a ringtone however the yealink phone needs to be told 1st what to expect in order to play a ringtone, The phone supports 8 tones. It would be best to provisioning the phone so then you'll have the ability to manipulate the yealink template.
Perhaps a video is in order here?

Should be possible to control the ringtones on the PBX however we have to tell the phone which ringtone to play.

Yes it should work.
The pop up will use native microstedge when a call is answered on the desktop phone.
Have you run into some issues?
This was tested on version 5.3.0 also you'll need a csta license has an add on.

Hi, This feature is located in "Caller Setup" of the ACD group here you'll have some options on how to handle the incoming calls.

If you navigate to C:\Program Files\Vodia Networks\Vodia PBX\audio_en you'll find all the prompts the PBX uses.
if you are going to to record new ones, make sure you use the same naming convention in .wav files otherwise the PBX cannot recall these hard-coded names. so don't change them just replace them with the new file.
if you're in linux the file can found in usr/local/pbx/audio_en

Can you restart the PBX and once the service is up check the logfile for this message.
Joined multicast group 224.0.1.75
If you don't see it's not active on the PBX, to active you'll need to navigate to Admin--Phone--Settings. Make sure "Listen to sip.mcast.net" is enabled.
Then restart the PBX can check for the message above. If you see it great if you don't check your firewall or any application that may be blocking the multicast. Lastly you want to check your router to allow Multicast messages on your network.
If all looks good then your phone should find the PBX.
Note: Make sure the Phone is factory reset.

You can delete recordings after 30 days check CDR/recording in the admin section of the Vodia PBX. A setting called "Delete the call recording files along with the CDRs" should delete the recording.
No, I would not disable http since it will cause all sorts of complications. I would suggest to add an extra layer of security under the admin--security setting and the strength to "High security"

Thanks also are the recordings available in the PBX recording directory? Now I am thinking if some setting on the browser that will not allow you to play message ? Perhaps you can add/remove the browser and then try to play the recording.

The 2 step solution "Transfer button + BLF" is not so simple. The snom phone does not understand that it has to transfer on a button that it's programmed to monitors-pick-calls.
The only way to do is the old fashion way press the hold button, press the transfer button and the extension.

Hi, if you've purchase a license for example "standard 10 " or any Premium bundle" Then webrtc is free. If that's the case all you have to do is re-activate the license and the web-rtc should appear on the user portal and you'll be able to use the Vodia phone and the talk button for your website.

Make sure you add the headers,so the PBX will know how to create the account accordingly.
