Hi, Dusan
You'll need 2 service flags. Under the Night service setting you'll set Service flag 2 will 1st then set the 2nd Service flag under the same account.

Hi, Stepan
The agent group can handle multiple calls and is able to accommodate your scenario by recording multiple announcement while you're customer is waiting for the next representative.
If you have an agent group account, check the tab "Caller Setup" here you'll be able to create a flow and a "Caller option" so that customers can opt out of the queue and be redirected elsewhere on the system. ex Voice mail, Auto Attendant ect..
Please check the link below for more information.

Hi, David if you would like to upload an audio file on the PBX you can do it from the IVR section.
Please check the png file. You can also turn off the IVR announcements below in that section.
To upload the wave ifle you'll have convert to 8 kHz Mono, 16 bit files so that the vodia PBX can recognize the file.
you can use this tool to convert the file.

There a few settings on the base station to sort out registration issue, you can shorten the tty so that it keeps a steady flow of the registration.

Hi, Pieter it may be that the upgrade date on that particular license has expired, can you PM the decode 64 key found in the license section.

Perhaps you can provide us with a SIP trace? Does the behavioral happen random at times or is it constant?
Could be anything from the Network, Firewall or there is too much load on the system?

Can you try the following configuration.
You can also have a alias of 109.88.21.189 and also have localhost that could be the reason you're getting a 404 not found on the PBX

Hi, B
Please try steps
http://vodia.com/documentation/pnp_lan_prov
also I would encourage to add a first and last name on the account.
-
You mean you don't hear the ring-back on the phone or ringtone on the phone?
-
Do you have the users name on the extension? also are the phones provisioning to the system "Plug and Play"? That will make a big difference.

Hi,
1. If you want to add on more agent groups you can get them here.
2. How do I have each agent group pickup for specific phone numbers?
After you have additional agents you can simply and have assign which extension you want to be part of the group, you'll need to assign a DID "Phone number" to the account
Example 822 9783998765
The 978 number would be the number dialed which will terminate at the account 822
however you'll need to set up the trunk to look at the Request URI under the "Send call" setting so the PBX can match it correctly. if you haven't already.
http://vodia.com/documentation/trunk_inbound_routing
and Yes you'll have to do it for all the domains.
Best regards

Can you tell us what version of PBX you're running and what the phone firmware is for starters?
You really don't need to change anything here since the pbx provisions these fields if these conditions are met.
1. You don't enter anything in the Provisioning Parameter in this case the PBX will populate these fields for you with a random passwords.
If that's the case then you'll have no clue what the password or the pin are and you'll have to look into the generated folder.
Note: In some cases you can then enter a new user/pass/pin reboot the phones so that they'll get the new parameter however if that fails resetting the phones and re-prov the phone will do the trick and of course check the generated folder for that extension and see if the new user/pass/pin match you have entered.
For example in my Generated folder of my snom_820_phone-004134523.xml you can find the user/pass/pin which you're case should be generated.
Just for simplicity these settings correspond the provision parameter
Authentication user: <http_user perm="RW">admin</http_user>Authentication password: <http_pass perm="RW">0000</http_pass>Authentication PIN: <admin_mode_password>0000</admin_mode_password>So as you can see they are populated and I am able to log into the phone. Can you retry these steps and see if you can then log into the phone once more.1. Re-enter a new pass/pin under the provisioning parameter.2. Reset a phone to factory default and re-provisioning the phone.3. Log in. -
You will have to make the change for each phone template.
Thanks
-
We are still investigating.
-
The setting can be provisioning in the pnp template for example for the 3xx you can use the snom_320_phone.xml and add the following line.
<holding_reminder perm="RW">on</holding_reminder>
When provisioning I leave user as admin and change the pass/pin.
Can you remove the contents in the generated folder, reset 1 of your phones and reprov it and see if you can log in?
Also you can then re-check the generated folder and see if the pass/pin match.
