Once you are in the ACD, live calls section switches to shows all the calls exclusively for that ACD. Which further could be expanded into the full screen mode

Perhaps you have more than one version of Vodia Phone app installed. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling again? Or in case with the Windows Store you might have to go to the store app directly to trigger the update. Hope that helps

App doesn't have test for the speakers yet. Only for the mic at this moment. Have you tested the app with the build in mic/speaker if it works?

You have to provide URL address of the PBX in order to login
