Henrikt Posted January 20, 2022 Report Share Posted January 20, 2022 Is it possible to Serviceflag with status in the App, so customers can se the status and change the ServiceFlag i know you can dial the Serviceflag numbers, but if i have a customer with 15 ServiceFlags he need the status. We use Service Flags for night switching, call diversion etc. Given a large number of the work force is mobile using apps, it would be very handy to be able to monitor the flags via these apps.
