RichardDCG
This works with an iphone, it also works on the windows app in V69.0.3 .... however, we are using V68.0.30 and have user that use Samsung phones with the mobile app, and will probably remain so until a) V69 is ready for production and b) we can give a valid reason to our tenants why there is such a significant increase in their queue extension costs. Managing Service Flags is an important requirement for us and the only option at this stage seems to be give them admin access to the domain just to turn a SF on and off.. Vodia PBX
We are watching a few 69 systems that are already in production and 69.0.4 should be ready in a matter of days. It would be much easier to do the service flags through the new user front end instead of trying to back-port it to 68.
RichardDCG
being in production and ready for production are 2 different things. And there are other changes that need to be negotiated with clients before we can upgrade. We use call queues in a significant portion of our tenant configs... As it stands V68 is the production version. Is it impossible to have the service flag functionality introduced to IOS app for the Windows app and Android? It works on V69.0.3 but that is not a production version and there are also some cost changes we would need to be able to explain to our users before we can 'upgrade'. Manageing the Service Flags is an important function for us. What cost changes? Has pricing changed?

It's a pretty useful function that is missing from the Windows and Android apps. Will this be added to V68 or no?
RichardDCG
V68.0.30 - Is it impossible to have the same service flag management functionality that was introduced to IOS app for the Windows app and Android? Managing 'night switching' is a basic requirement, and with the increased use of apps (Windows and Mobile) the need to be able to see the status and manage it is becoming more urgent. I know you can do this in the V69 Windows app, BUT V69 is no where near ready for production yet.
