  1. Hello, I'm pretty impressed at how the multi-cast provisioning is supposed to work. If I'm correct, all I need to do is type the MAC address in the extension in pbxnsip and boot the phone. Wow. So far I've done two snom phones this way. But neither time afterphone reboots was the phone registering to pbxnsip. Then i would reset the phone (using snom reset to factory)and let it provision again . Each of the 2 phones requires several resets and reprovisioning till they would actually register. (the times they DIDN"T work the phones would either hang or ask for language...) Is there something I could be doing wrong to cause this? I had been using the method of typeing the provisioning string into the phones but I have a bunch of phones and thot the way this SHOULD work sounds quite time saving. Any ideas? tx matt
  2. Hello, Anyone have a Patton 4114 config file they use regularly that they know works well with pbxnsip? I'd love it to "borrow" it! ;-) tx matt

  13. Hello, At this moment pbxnsip doesn't inject into a sql instance that i know of. You could possibly put the cdr text file and pull it into sql using a scheudled task from sql? just a thot. matt
  14. wow. so the security features of pbxnsip saved the day! glad you got it. matt
  15. Jon, I suggest getting a 30day key for the pc that works. (i think pbxnsip will give this) Then you have some breathing room to fix this. (i suspect some weird with dell server o/s) matt

  24. Hi, The idea is to make it easy for a non-tech to add a recording... What the plan is is to use the pbxnsip recording feature, then have those recordings avaialble for people to call in and listen to by some assigned id number. Any other ideas? tx! matt
