  1. Did you install the audio prompts? http://pbxnsip.com/download/audio_en_30.zip
  2. What port range do you have set for RTP, in the settings, ports?
  3. sangoma? incoming is fine0 did you try setiing with an itsp and see if problem persists?
  4. Is this going through a gateway? or an ITSP? probably timing out at the gateway or ITSP.
  5. You get that only if you call the attendant from a cell phone that is set on a extesion on the system?
  6. You can however use manual registrations with any phone number.
  7. Now with 3.1, having the capability to require confirmation when receiving calls on a cell phone. It would be nice to be able to enable groups to forward to cell phones. Right now we use manual registrations for cell phones that must participate in groups, however that lacks the confirmation capability.
  8. Outbound, after hitting the check on the Snom phone it takes at least 8 seconds till it connects / rings.
  9. I have a new CS410 install, we are using the built-in gateway, there seems to be an 8 second delay until the call goes through. bypassing the CS410 call goes through right away, any suggestions? I already tried upgrade to 3.1.
  10. The record from the phone used to work without the need for the license key. Once thing I am not happy about on the 820, they swithed the arond the check and the X box from right to left. Everyone got used to the location of the check box and now they switched it around.
  11. That class was in september, there are classes every once in a while. You can find the training schedule here http://pbxnsip.com/training email sales@pbxnsip.com for pricing, etc. Usually they give you free hardware or software to make up for the cost of the training. Kevin and Paul are both traveling, so it may take them a little longer to respond.
  12. That is how I do It now, I merge the audio files, to include good morning, etc. which works fine for me. I only mentioned it in this post as the original post was regarding calling in to record a pre autoattendant greeting, and turn on a service flag, when they can't make it to the office do to the weather.
  13. Pre auto-atendant greeting, lets says good morning, or good afternoon, or good evening, etc. or we are currently closed, then play standard greeting. If the service flag related to *9870*1 And *9870*2 and *9800*3 are all active play all 3 greetings, not just the first. *9870*1 can be good morning *9870*2 can be we are currently closed *9800*3 can be auto attendant greeting
  14. I played with the IVR Tab quite a few times. Although you can set several greetings according to a service flag, it will only play 1 greeting, if two service flags are active it will only play the first, the standard greeting will only play when no service flag is active. So a welcome greeting can not be activated.
  15. Sounds like your relay restrictions are blocking it. try allowing the IP of your PBX in your mail server, or athenticate to your mail server.
  16. I also think a pre-autoattendant greeting would be great. The way I have it now is 3 complete recordings with the same message, just the first 2 words change, good morning, good afternoon and good evening, and I have a service flag scheduled for the hours per day. Right now if you activate 2 greetings with the service flags, only the first plays, you can leave the functionality as is, just allow activating multiple greetings. so if I have 3 messages. Good morning set We are currently closed set You have reached the autoattendant, if you know your party... set It should play Good morning We are currently closed You have reached the autoattendant, if you know your party... Right now it would only play good morning.
  17. We use Vitelity email to fax service and resell it, cheaper than running your own. we have used gfi software in past.
  18. They tried that yesterday, it was OK until about mid-day today, and then the problem re-occured. The customer wants to pull the system, as a last resort I was thinking rolling them back to version 2.
  19. I don't understand, weren't all CS410's ruuning on version 2, until a few weeks ago when version 3 was released? Kevin did send us a minor version 3 upgrade for version 3, which the client said fixed the problem, however they called back complaining a few minutes later. They get interuptions/choppyness in ther calls, using both audiocodes gateway and the internal gateway.
  20. Where can I find the CS410 version 2.1.14.2498 download, I am looking to downgrade from version 3 customer is complaing about voice quality.
  21. As I stated in my post the manual upgrade is working, it is the automatic upgrade which always worked for me, that does not work when upgrading from 2 to 3 although it says completed succesfully.
  22. I think there is a bug in the full install setup file of 3.0, when running the 3.0 setup on a computer already running version 2, it asks if it should perform upgrade, it seems as if everything upgrades fine, however checking the version on the status page, shows it is still 4unning version 2. If we do the upgrade using the upgrade download, replacing the exe file, that seems to do the job correctly, and exe is noticeably larger.
  23. Did anyone figure out how to create a button on Snom phones to dial *90? So customer can press the button and then hit the extension number to intercom an extension? Seems like every system I sell the customer asks about this.
