  2. I sent you an email with my contact information.
  3. setup multiple park orbits, basically a dummy extension, and park to those extensions, You can set Park buttons for them.
  4. You would put in the same address and port, that you put in the PBX multicast. see http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Paging
  5. I have a new client, using Snom300 with the latest version. PNP is not working. I enabled dhcp option 66 I tried putting the manual PNP method, putting the PNP URL into the phone. Here is the log of the phone. 6. I think you are either looking for http://pbxnsip.com/hosted_edition or http://pbxnsip.com/itsp_edition. You can find PBXnSIP contact information here http://pbxnsip.com/contact
  7. If it is registered and there is no dial tone, that is a phone problem, not the PBX, the phone generates the dial tone not the PBX. As long as it is registered it should generate the dial tone.
  8. Why not just add an option on the extension or hunt and agent groups, forward to cell phone, yes / no.
  9. I don't see the Windows update edition there. Using the full version as an update, does not work for me in the last few versions. I did find it in the Protect folder, nice to see file size is smaller than previous version.
  10. I do this very simple, xxxxxxx replacement 718* where 718 is our local aerea code.
  11. What firmware version? Did you try adding the phone number as an alias on the auto attendant? If you put the extension number of the auto attendant in the forward all calls it works? Can you paste the log of an incoming call to the forum? Are you using an ITSP? if yes which one?
  12. You can create a custom dial plan that will add the 9.
  13. If you send me a private message with your email address, I can send you the image as an attachment.
  14. You may also consider putting a PBX in each branch, and create trunks between the offices. Some other devices some installs need, is IP Intercoms and paging gateways. For paging or answering the door. You should also make sure to use POE switches.
  15. Attached is a screenshot of one of my broadvox config's, you may need 2 inbound trunks as they sometimes send calls from multiple IP Addresses or DNS names.
  16. I have the same problem in the last version or 2.
  17. We are using Broadvox as a Gateway at several clients without any issues.
  18. Something must be wrong in there, you can call me I am sure I can resolve it, with a quick phone call. 888.IPPBX.US
  19. I got a wireshark trace, what should I be looking for, there is so much in there, I had to let it run for 30 minutes in order to reproduce.
  20. Try adding your phone number as as alias on extension 40.
  21. I am using Flexor, with my Snom 360 7.37, I am not having issues, however my phone is not set up using PNP. We did run in to one way audio issues with 7.37 using PNP, and I was required to downgrade my client. I believe there is another thread about that in this forum.
  22. I think at the current version, where confirmation capability was added to the cell phone redirection options it would be quite easy to allow hunt groups and agent groups to fork to follow cell phone forwarding. There should be a check box either on the extension or the group, asking if it should follow redirection rules. We all fork to cell phones anyway using static registrations, why is that method any better?
  23. Bridge mode should not assign the 2.1 address to your router, your router should be assigned the public IP, staticly, DHCP or PPPOE. double NAT with SIP which is not NAT friendly, is a NO NO.
  24. From your image, it appears thar you are also behind a second firewall or router, as it says your wan IP is 192.168.2.2, which is a private IP.
  25. You should not need to play with your route. You may want to check your softphone to see if it is using any special ports. I have it working through many routers including some linksys, though I never tried the linux version. Attached please find a sample port forward from a router.
