  1. I am running Vodia server 5.2.5 and Snom 720 phones running 8.7.5.35 and 8.7.3.25. I have configure an agent group and have configured a button on the phone to allow that agent to log in and log out. When I press the button it will log the agent in and if I press it again it will log the agent out but the button never lights up when the agent is logged in. Is there any other configuration that needs to be done to make this work.
  2. Sorry, my bad. I know better than to hijack a thread.
  3. We are running into the Snom provisioning server issue. Is 5.3.2a the only version that fixes the issue? We are about to load up 5.3.2 on our test server.
  4. Indeed a company like Cisco goes through OUIs like toilet paper, socks and underwear. It would be so much more efficient if there was a file to edit that contained the list of OUIs or better a text field that we could just enter the OUI to search for. Just my 2 cents.
  5. It would be helpful to know a little more about your setup. For example what type of trunking are you using and perhaps some info on the config.
  6. Is the server plugged into the router or the switch? Plug it into the switch if it is not.
  7. I have a domain that has phones in multiple area codes. What should be put in the Area Code field of the general settings when the domain has phone in multiple area codes? I am using Snom phones and NANP. I have dial plans setup for each NPA and assign the dial plans to each phone. Regards, Alan
  8. For hosted systems there are no devices plugged into the LAN that the PBX resides on so this would not work very well. If I navigate to the DID Management page I can see a list of each DID, the domain, the account and the outbound DID. Here is the heading copied from the DID Management page. DID Mapped-To-Domain Mapped-To-Account Outbound-DID I think what we are looking for is a similar page that has the MAC, the Domain and the Account that the MAC is assigned to. Call it MAC Management for example. MAC Mapped-To-Domain Mapped-To-Account For those of us who use Vodia as a hosted platform with 50 to 100 domains on each server this would be a very useful feature. Regards, Alan
  9. This would be a great feature for those of us using Vodia for a hosted multi-tenant platform. The lack of domain wide management tools makes it really challenging to manage a multi-tenant system.
  10. Would it not be possible to use the same prompts that are used when accessing voice mail for the first time to record the primary greeting? When accessing voice mail for the first time the system plays the standard prompts when accessing the voice mail menu. Prompt 4 records the main greeting which gives the option to press 1 to listen, 2 to accept and 3 to rerecord. Could those prompts be used? Regards, Alan
  11. Good point. I did not think about that, however I can not give everyone admin access to their domain. We have hundreds of clients using our hosted systems. Each client has their own domain. It is not fesiable to give domain access to so many people. I think this would be a good feature request. Regards, Alan
  12. When recording audio for the system such as auto attendants or agent group prompts it would be nice to be able to review, rerecord and accept the recording. For example if I have an auto attendant 2000 and want to record the greetings I dial *982000 or *982000*1 or *982000*2, etc. Basically you have to record the audio and then hang up. There is no way to listen to or rerecord and accept the audio like you can when recording the primary voice mail greeting. It would be a nice feature to be able to listen to, rerecord and then accept the recording like you can do when recording the primary voice mail greeting. Regards, Alan
  13. I am running the latest version of the app on a Samsung S5 Andriod 5.0. The app is not saving the login info or the language. Additionally if you select the default language of english it displays a a blank in the drop down menu.
  14. I do not allow port 80 into my PBX, only 443. The app does not bring up the account info screen unless I allow port 80. Is there a setting to force the app to use port 443? Putting https in the PBX URL does not seem to work.
  15. I have a test PBX running 3.5.0 running and would like to try this app. Is there a list of ports that need to be open to my PBX for the app to work over the Internet? Hopefully it will work over port 443. Regards, Alan
  16. I would be more than happy to try it. This new server is a test box so if it breaks I can just restore the VM snapshot to a previous version.
  17. An even better idea would be more granular control of what an admin user can see and change.
  18. I just spun up a new instance of Vodia PBX 3.5.0 specifically for support of the Snom D725. I do not see any templates for the D725. No snom_725_phone.xml or any of the other D725 related files. I do see the D725 referenced in in pnp.xml as follows. Are the Snom D725 phones supported in 3.5.0? <file name="snom_725.xml" encoding="xml"> <pattern>snom725-############.htm</pattern> <prefix>true</prefix> <macpos>8</macpos> <vendor>snom</vendor> <anonymous>true</anonymous> <protocol>tftp,http,https</protocol> <pnp-vendor>snom</pnp-vendor> <pnp-model>snom725</pnp-model> <pnp-version>^[78]</pnp-version> <pnp-content-type>application/url</pnp-content-type> <pnp-url>{https-url}/snom725-{mac}.htm</pnp-url> </file>
  19. Area code 271 is currently unassigned. I have the Chrome extension working on Vodia PBX 5.2.0 but it seems to stop working after a while. It will be a while before we upgrade. I have 5 different Snom phones registered to my extension so that might have something to do with it. It would be nice if you could tell the system which phone to use if you have more than 1 phone registered to an extension. Regards, Alan
  20. Ha Ha. PI to 10 digits is a legitimate TN in NANPA land. 3.141592653 = (314) 159-2653.
  21. I have the Vodia click to dial Chrome extension installed but it is not dialing. Running Win 10, Chrome Version 46.0.2490.71 m, Vodia PBX 5.2.5, Snom 720, Snom D715, Snom 715, Snom 320, Snom 300. Regards, Alan
