  1. updated to: Software version 68.0.2 (Debian64) Build date Oct 4 2021 17:50:00 Windows app still has same issues
  2. Is that the final version? are we going to update the docs?
  3. @ed_fr Well ya, we are reverting back, thats the whole idea. just wait for 68.0.1 to be fixed (hopefully they dont release another build under that version.), it will probably get fixed in 68.0.2 which as far as i know they are currently working on.
  4. type in the the fax number as 1(818) 937-0311 the call logs will show: "Fax Box" <sip:1(818)%20937-0311@tenant.pbx.com> this failed to send. backend should format the number correctly.
  5. PBX v68.0.1 send fax via web app, fax was successfully sent, verified file from third party efax service. i got an email stating the fax was sent, but when you try to open the PDF that is attached to the email. nothing can open it, tried it from internet explorer, chrome, nitro pdf, adobe reader and Sumatra PDF.
  6. What @RichardDCGis saying that he Loves the feature "Call the app", but when he disabled it, he wants the that particular device to not gets calls. What is really happening now when you disable "Call the app", the particular device does not get a call, and the windows app does not get the call either.
  7. Can we have Vodia release version numbers under the help menu for the Windows App. So users can easily report back to me which version they are on. The version number at the bottom left hand side is PBX Web GUI version number, maybe we should rename that to PBX Version. A lot fo Apps that have very different versioning for frontend and backend, they end up putting versioning like this vX.X.X / vY.Y.Y the X for the frontend and the Y for the backend (PBX Web GUI)
  8. try this update url: http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-68.0.0.xml the build before 09/29 was fine, but the new build broke things. @RichardDCG @ed_fr
  9. The issue was resolved when I reverted back to 68.0 incase anyone else runs into this issue.
  10. so i am not able to go to 68.0? i have to go all the way back to 67.0.6
  11. on my test machine, i am on 68.0.1, trying to downgrade to 68.0 after pbx service or server reboot, it still on 68.0.1. nothing in the logs, what Logs do i need to turn up to see errors?
  12. on my test machine the windows app loads, but top right menu buttons dont work i cant click on it. it does nothing. PBX is v68.0.1 I tried deleted all cache, resetting the app from the windows settings (since i installed it from microsoft store). tried uninstalling it and reinstalled it. if delete cache, and log in to another pbx it works fine. but my test machine does not work.
  13. There is no such feature. probably better off doing it by hand. if you want to get your hands dirty, you can look into the XML file and copy user and macs, just make sure u dont have two users name with the same ext.
  14. I disagree, the phone should stay registered, I think the issues comes with the option "Call the app", this should be independent of the windows app or any other app.
  15. @Vodia PBXno old devices will not be support by GDMS, but any current active model works fine.
  16. I use both gaps and GDMS, i already have GDMS setup to work with vodia. the way i made it work, is you make a profile to point to your PBX, I have two profiles, since i have two PBX servers. add the phone to pbx, then apply the PBX pofile to the device in question. after a reboot it will point to the pbx and the pbx will provision it. i use this since i have vodia and another brand pbx, and i can easily switch between them.
  17. No, I was asking if we can add this to mobile, yes i do see it in the email, and the windows app, but not iOS App.
  18. Yes, there is not voicemail transcriptions in the iOS App. Also when we try to play VM, there is not option to play VM with speakerphone. It would be nice to make it operate like iOS native VM App, when u click on it, it will expand and show transcription and also have a speaker button to play VM via the speaker.
  19. Can we get voicemail transcription on the iOS app also a speaker button that will allow you to listen to voicemials on speakerphone.
  20. DO, works great, yes dont expect great support. what is the issue you are having?
