  1. Generally these things do not happen on the LAN, unless there is connectivity issue or phone issue. Based on the log, I would start looking at the common phone in both these cases. Try upgrading the phone to newer releases too.
  2. Yes, that is the step#7 on that wiki page.
  3. At this moment it is only 1 index at a time (but you can request multiple columns at the same time for that index)
  4. This should help - http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=OEM . Sometimes you need to force refresh the browser (cache issue on the browsers)
  5. The snomONE virtual appliance is now available at VMware Marketplace. Please take a look at the below link for more information https://solutionexchange.vmware.com/store/products/7602 This will allow you to load snomONE PBX as a virtual machines on a VMWare platform. The main advantage of the appliance is that you can setup every customer on an independent virtual appliance. That will make it easy to maintain/bill/move any domain<==>customer without really disturbing the other customers.
  6. Let's consider this case. For this to work as you expected, you can make use of the "Trunk->Customer specific header (Example: X-snom: my header")". Set the "Extension->ANI" to 0319999605. Set the "trunk->accept redirect" to "No" Set the "Trunk->Customer specific header (Example: X-snom: my header")" to "Diversion:<{ext-ani}@{domain}>;reason=unconditional;screen=no;privacy=off". Note: if you want the trunk's domain to go out in the INVITE, then you can use {trunk-host} instead of {domain}
  7. BTW, the person who transfers the call can just hangup before the call is answered. In that case it will still behave like before.
  8. Thanks for the update. Even we try to reproduce it by leaving voice mails, ad-hoc recording, regular recording etc. Could not reproduce it.
  9. Could you please post an INVITE that you want the PBX to send out? We can take a look at it and try to setup the trunk.
  10. Even though the email is controlled by a template, there is no options to add recording names in the call log in this.
  11. what version are you using now?
  12. snom_3xx_dialplan_usa2.xml and other similarly named files are the history (i.e., we do not use them any more). The dialplan is now controlled by 'dialplans.xml', which uses the regular expressions for the dialplans and snom phones DO NOT support timeouts in those patterns :-(.
  13. Which hosted PBX are you using - snomONE or something else?
  14. If you hear the AA prompts using Broadvoice and AA is not acting on the DTMF digits, then one of 2 possibilities - DTMF digits are not being sent to PBX. AA is not detecting the DTMF. If you turn the Log Media events to 7, you should see some DTMF logs on the PBX. That will at least show if we are seeing DTMFs from the trunk. Of course, best thing to do is to take packet trace to check the DTMF is being received on the interface.
  15. First, you should be running 4.5.0.1075 version for you to edit the CO lines on the domain accounts page. If you just follow the instructions step by step (starting with creating a trunk on the PBX, not on the NBE), then you will see the CO-Lines. Not sure what NBE card you have there, but you really do not need to create 4 trunks if it is a 4 port analog card. You just create 1 trunk and create 4 co-lines.
  16. If you set the "Trunk->Ringback(Support early media)": to "Message 180", then the provider sends the ringback. If they do not, then you can follow the below. Since the release 4.5.0.1050, we have added an option to upload as many ringback wav files as possible(using System->Settings->Upload audio page) to the system. These ringback tones can be selected under the domain or specific extension. This should provide you an easy way to pick and choose what ringback to be played per destination. Yes, you can separate the UK and German numbers into different domains and assign country specific trunks to those domains. Maybe it is easier to manage.
  17. Did you try setting 0311234567 as the ANI on the extension 600? Your case may be different from Jim's, not sure. What Jim wanted earlier was sort of a 2 stage dialing in 1 step, if I remember correctly. Ex: the access number and the destination number will be passed in the same INVITE and PBX "somehow" accepts the call and dials out the destination number.
  18. If you are referring to OS firewall, then you can use the standard Linux(Debian) commands to disable the firewall. http://wiki.debian.org/DebianFirewall
  19. Note that PBX does not support any CDR standards. But we do have column names on the top of the CSV file since 4.5.0.1050 version. But if they really have some specific requirements, then we can take a look at it.
  20. At least nothing was changed in this area on the snomONE (PBX). Did you try resetting the phone? Not sure if this version upgrade/downgrade caused something.
  21. If that number is 0, it is the same count being read when the dial in. So, they should be the same. Anyways, we will double check.
  22. There is another thread going on here http://forum.snomone.com/index.php?/topic/5932-snomone-atendant-console/page__p__25138#entry25138
  23. Just wanted to make sure that it is not related to the call recording play options that we introduced in this new version. It is strange that we can't reproduce what you are seeing. So the question is - under the domain->accounts page, do you really see, say, 24 messages for those users?
  24. The adhoc recording are still available only under user login. We did not change it.
  25. Yes, please take a look at the delta release
