  1. The INFO is sent to update the caller id and I assume that is not ok for the flexor. BTW, do you have the log from the version that worked? We will compare the 2 and see what has changed and hopefully can take corrective action.
  2. Any idea on the uptime of the snomONE before the problem happened? The Admin->Status page will show you that information.
  3. Hello, The latest 4.5 snomONE version(Epsilon Geminids) has been released. This version is built on top of the Delta Aurigids. The release notes and the download links can be found here - Epsilon Geminids Note: This is snom ONE release (i.e., not applicable to pbxnsip customers). Also, after this version, 4.5 will become a bugfix only branch. The new features will be added to the version 5. Thank you for the continued support. The snomONE team!
  4. Here are the 2 windows versions (32 and 64 bit) http://downloads.snom.net/snomONE/win32/v4.5/pbxctrl-4.5.0.1090.exe http://downloads.snom.net/snomONE/win64/v4.5/pbxctrl-4.5.0.1090.exe
  5. The snomONE provisions a phone based on either MAC address association or the username/password sent by the phone. Since we can't assign the same MAC address to 2 extensions on 2 different domains, you can't PnP 1 phone with 2 extensions.

The issue may be that the From header is sending a local extension number From: "SnomDesk SnomDesk"<sip:101@casipgw01.XXXXXXXX>;tag=759617374 You should send the ANI (or some account info that the provider assigned to you) in the From header. You can perform a quick test by setting the Extension(101)->ANI.
  7. First thing to do is take a SIP trace on the PBX (or all messages between the Linksys and PBX).
  8. What is the PBX version? In the older versions there is a similar setting - "Allow Access for Extensions". In the newer versions, you have both the settings.
  9. Couple of reasons why you receive 404 Not found If the domain in the registration request does match where the account 200 is created (you can put 196.213.210.85 as an alias to the PBX domain) If the user is disabled, which I think is not the case.
  10. Based on the result, I believe the call is not even parked. How is this analog extension connected to the PBX? Maybe an ATA? If the ATA sends proper SIP messages, then the operation would work.
  11. Please take look at this page - http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Extension_Mailbox Ex: Group extension - 2000 Your phone extension - 2020 Set 2020 in the "Group extensions:" field of 2000. There is no need to register any phone for 2000. Call extension 2000 and leave a message. The MWI on 2020 will be turned on .
  12. Seems like 300 is not that "straight-forward". But the "Web Page Control" always there for the resue You will have to customize the snom_300_fkeys.xml file (using the method described here http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Modifying_Plug_and_Play_Files) for the buttons to work on snom 300. {if_button 3 none} <fkey idx="2" context="active" perm="RW">{enum_button 3 button+3 private=line}</fkey> {fi_button 3 none}
  13. After doing the ssh, you can type /usr/sbin/ntpdate ntp.snom.com and the mini should do a time sync. The pbx.xml file has ntp_host which is set already set to ntp.snom.com and this will be used to provision against the phones. (Note: If you are running the older version, then the ntp_host will be set to pool.ntp.org. You can change that to ntp.snom.com, manually)
  14. There is no direct SOAP access to this table. But you can probably use the DBSeach/DBGet/DBSet functions to write to this table too.
  15. Not sure which message from that log really caused the wrong caller-id on Flexor (i.e., did not see any INVITE/INFO). Is the <presence> NOTIFYs causing the issue? In any case, we will see what is really wrong in the attended transfer case.
  16. Sent(PM) you the new version. In case if someone else wanted to try the centos64 bit version please go ahead - http://downloads.snom.net/snomONE/centos64/v4.5/pbxctrl-centos5-4.5.0.1086_beta There is a new "Diversion header" that you can use. You still need to use "Accept Redirect" (for the backward compatibility). In the next major version (may be in 3-6 months), we may clean up some of the settings to make it simpler to use.
  17. What OS version PBX are you running? We can provide you with a test version and see it works for you folks @Sweden and not have any other issues.
  18. root/snomONE (BTW, it was already mentioned by user snomuk)
  19. Do you have the SIP trace from the 'working' and 'not working' conditions?
  20. I would avoid using *.pool.ntp.org for the time sync. You can instead use any local time server or the ntp.snom.com. If you can ssh to the soho, you can use the standard linux command(As root, /usr/sbin/ntpdate ntp.snom.com) to sync the time.
  21. what is the version currently running there? If it is running .1050, then you can use the link http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Delta_Aurigids_(4.5.0.1075)#Software_Update_Procedure to perform the update.
  22. You can configure the keys listed in this page from the Admin->Settings->PnP page - http://wiki.snom.com/Category:Setting:Function_Keys Any other key, you can use the button profiles (domain->settings->buttons).
  23. Just make sure the call is really getting connected (i.e., SIP INVITE <--> 200 OK <--> ACK).
