  1. Here is a guide on csv to get you started. http://kiwi.pbxnsipsupport.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=686
  2. Can you post the log-file on here and make a test call? set the logging as follow. Log other messages: Yes Log IVR events: Yes Log LDAP Events:Yes Set the Level to 8
  3. You can set "Log call messages to "yes and Log IVR events "Yes" Log level 7 should be sufficient.
  4. I have tested this in my lab and seems to be working fine. http://plugvoip.com/HOW%20TO%20STREAM%20A%20SHOUTCAST%20ON%20SNOMONE.pdf
  5. We, will try to reproduce this scenario. Keep you posted.
  6. Do you have any extension registered to the system ? Can you call into your mailbox by the dialing the extension number? That would be the 1st step. If you're trying to use the Calling card account to call an external source you can use a DID and mapped it to the calling card account. The link below works the same way for extensions and accounts on the system. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Extension_Accounts#Creating_a_Few_New_Extensions Refer to these article on calling cards Calling card http://kiwi.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Calling_Card Section on dial plan prefix. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Dial_Plan_Samples#Dial_Plan_with_Prefix_in_Front_of_the_Number On your last question, it sounds like you want to create a link to another server, according to "iax2" implementation. check this article on "Connecting Branch Offices Together" http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Branch_Offices
  7. Can you revert back to 8.4.31 on the snom820? I have seen some issues with this particular version concerning blf.
  8. This should help get things going. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Music_on_Hold_Sources#How_to_Stream_Using_VLC_and_snom_ONE
  9. Try running the sangoma setup again and use the IP4 of the unit rather then using the 127.0.0.1 loop-back addr we have seen this fix the issue with audio 70% of the time also try calibrating the cards as well and then restarting the gateway.
  10. Yes, the pbx actually listen to RTP ports, how are you streaming the media? http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Music_on_Hold_Sources "Important: Be sure to specify the port on which the system should listen for RTP input (e.g., 42000). This port must be available on the system. If you change the setting, you might need to restart the system service so that the change takes effect"
  11. Also refer to this forum post "trunk-re-registration" http://forum.snomone.com/index.php?/topic/4669-trunk-re-registration-problems/page__pid__21084__st__20#entry21084
  12. If you are running the latest 4.2.1.4025 then they're has been some fixing and changes in the way trunk are handled today. Check the release note below. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Release_Notes You also mention that your trunk gets a "proxy timeout or auth failure" A timeout is usally when something has chnage on the provider side, could be a DNS or a change of IP address or a network issue on your end, The authentication could be a wrong password as well, try recreating your trunk.
  13. Check this article on how to represent the ANI of your snomONE, you might have to play with some of the Privacy indication settings. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Outbound_Calls#Representing_the_Source Prüfen Sie diesen Artikel auf, wie die ANI Ihrer snomONE darstellen, müssen Sie eventuell mit einigen der Datenschutz Anzeige-Einstellungen zu spielen. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Outbound_Calls#Representing_the_Source
  14. Is "012124123" DID associated with extension 11? if not check this article. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Extension_Accounts/de#Creating_a_Few_New_Extensions Once that's DID is associated with the extension check the link below. Please check the wiki below. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Inbounds_Calls#How_the_System_Routes_a_Call_to_the_Proper_Extension
  15. You can download the app here http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Downloads should have the same functionality as the pbxnsip. http://downloads.snom.net/snomONE/docs/snomONE_online_book.pdf Check page 385 If you are running a pbxnsip version nothing has really change in this area.
  16. Hi were you able to get resolution? on this forum post?

    http://forum.snomone.com/index.php?/topic/4627-rtp-stream-input-multiple-live-moh/page__p__20137__hl__music__fromsearch__1#entry20137

also how can we reproduce this? are you using VLC if so what is the syntax you are using? so we can start testing this here.

  17. Are you able to ping a dns from the box? Make sure that you can ping VIA the networking-->network utilities---->Used "ping" if you can't ping anything then your network configuration needs to be configured.
  18. They're release notes regarding some of these issue, here http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Release_Notes Upgrading to the latest would be the 1st step since we have made some improvements on the trunk section. http://www.pbxnsip.com/download-software/software.php for the latest pbxnsip sip build. Version 4.2.1.4025
  19. pbx does a dns query the 1st time the trunks is registered with associated IP in the database, The next time the trunk registers and the IP has changed on the trunk level we send a 4xx, has the provider change anything on their side?
  20. Please refer to this doc, if you don't want to burn a button you can always manually logged out using the star key. Check below for more info. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Agent_Group_Accounts#Method_1:_Buttons
  21. I was not able to reproduce this issue, I was able to park/pick it after 2-3 mins using the same star code *85 and programmed virtual keys on the snom 870. I am using the latest pbx Version 4.2.1.4025. On the phones I used http://provisioning.snom.com/download/fw/snom870-8.4.32-SIP-r.bin http://provisioning.snom.com/download/fw/snom821-8.4.32-SIP-r.bin for users that are having the park/pick up issue post your log files for some clues.
