  4. I tested this scenario with 2011-4.5.0.1005 Alpha Monocerotids exactly as you mention above using 2 pbx. 1 Pbx has extension 100, 200. PBX 2 has 40,41,42 in the hunt group when the 2nd call comes, I press the transfer button, it does not conjoin the calls instead the phone waits for some input.   5. Can you check the domain settings "Mailbox Direct Dial Prefix" and see if that is set to 8. if it's can you post a sip-trace.
  6. trying using !([0-9]{3}$)!\1!t!777 the "t" By default, the PBX uses the number in the Request-URI field for matching.   7. If the pbx india is connected to a pstn line then it should be possible to create a sip gateway trunk and create dial plan on the Sigapore office. You will have to create a prefix in the dial plan so that the pbx can choose the correct trunk.   8. Are you able to ping mail.xxxxxx.com:26 in the soho admin console? to check navigate to "advance" in the admin soho section and type in ping mail.xxxxxx.com to see if it resolves.

  15. This setting is to upload your personal greetings, you will have the ability to choose them when you call into your mailbox, you can also recorded them when you call into the PM as well. Option 4 will have you recorded your greeting and Option 9 will be have you choose them.

  21. You can call into the system and dial the service flag account or append a DID, only if it's set to manual mode then you can activate and deactivate that way. If it's set to "Day/night mode you cannot change the status since it's in auto mode. You have to also set up "Extensions that may change status" this is only used on manual mode.
  22. Is you dial plan set up? Are you able to make outbound calls? Make sure that the rate table is set in the trunk section and add some virtual money in the registration extension section it will say "Credit for outbound calls:" Make sure these fields are populated.   23. Can you post the trace to the following scenario "cell phone number" and also set "when calling the extension in a hunt group" to "include cell phone in the group"
