Chappo
You need to re-enter the license code in the License section. Had the same issue with my installation.

Vodia support
How do we do with the customers using the free version? we no longer support the free license model under 4.5.1 but you can upgrade and use the free version under V5 today, just register at snomone.com and navigate to Product, Bundle and choose the free premium license. Vance
Have the same issue myself. I wonder at the reality of the 'check your license' facility. Either these guys know what their licenses are and where they are or they have serious issues regarding what licenses they have out there and what licenses they dont. An odd facility - check your license!
voipguy
shopcomputer & Vance....I have read in the past if you try reactivating your license it might not work but it was suggested to reverse the upper/lower case of each letter in your license and then activate it. Example: if your license is like this.... BwMzIzM...etc change it to this... bWmZiZm....etc Let us know how you make out as it may help others with the same problem. Cheers,
Jim B
Altering the license code Upper/Lower case swapping has no effect. Vodia PBX
How can we get this resolved? Send us an email or private message with your activation code and status screen of the PBX (reg_status.htm). We probably have to re-write your license. Vodia PBX
You need to check if there is a Privacy: id header present. The easiest way to check that is to go the text mode in the trunk settings, and look for the Privacy setting. Take the id out if there is something,

Porter
please open a ticket on this item at https://snomone.zendesk.com thx I ran into this problem as well, and I noticed that the supplied binaries for Zeta Perseids are not internally SnomONE - they are PBXnSIP. Is it possible that these just need to be recompiled as SnomONE and the licenses will work? Thanks, Jason Porter
