  4. We saw this issue on the snom 720 phones as well, so far the 300, 370, 320 should work fine, are you running 8.4.32 on the 3xx series?
  5. The issue is with the yealink phone, the 1st time you park the call it's sends a REFER the 1st time around. The 2nd time the yealink retrieve the call and parks the call again but this time it does not send the REFER message to the PBX terminating the call.

  14. 4.5 does not support 710 plug and play unfortunately this unit came out after 4.5 If this is urgent, I would encourage you to purchase version 5, under http://www.snomone.com/versions " Premium 5 bundle" if that's what you require?   16. Hi, did you try this approach? How to use the reset buttonThe reset button on the snom ONE serves two purposes: First of all, it is a way to reboot the system without disconnecting the power. In order to do, push the button (and release it quickly after the pushing). The LED on the box will start blinking fast and then after 4 seconds start rebooting. Secondly, you can use the button to factory reset the system. After pushing the button, wait until the LED starts blinking fast. During the fast blinking period (about 4 seconds), you have to push the button three more times. Then after the blinking is over, the system will detect that a factory reset is desired and execute it. other solution would be to ssh into the unit..

  18. What's the PBX log-file look like? Can you turn on Log TFTP and PnP events: to level 8? clear the logfile and try the procedure again.

  20. It's difficult topic, the agent transferring the call must announce this information, Once the call leave the hunt group the PBX will just use the incoming name or DID. This would be even more difficult when the call is transferred again.. at a glance it sounds like a feature request but will bring other issues when manipulating the From field.

  22. Hi, Carlos which version are you running? also anything set on the timeout handling? What happens if you create a new Auto Attendant? can you dial an extension there and see if it timeouts?
