  1. Shigeru can you drop a new image into the PBX save and see if it updates the image? also try to add an image then delete and see if the factory image shows up.
  2. Thanks, Azylog There is a moh2.wav you can use, this MOH was created by Vodia networks.
  3. The log clearly states that the call was terminated by the user before the user tries to authenticate he or herself. Try setting the phone to factory default or provisioning the phone so it can properly make a call. http://vodia.com/documentation/index Check for Provisioning "Request terminated by user" 2014/4/29 12:58:37 Rx: udp:99.231.128.232:61042 (389 bytes) CANCEL sip:821@365bloor.vipros.net;user=phone SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.0.26:3072;branch=z9hG4bK-e31fspv6hg5i;rport From: "Marie Zovko - 21" <sip:21@365bloor.vipros.net>;tag=0tqlaj5jdd To: <sip:821@365bloor.vipros.net;user=phone> Call-ID: a5d95f53b352-zx4tmykimcl4 CSeq: 2 CANCEL Max-Forwards: 70 Reason: SIP;cause=487;text="Request terminated by user" Content-Length: 0
  4. We will update your ticket and see what can be done tonight. Best regards
  5. Send me a PM with the credential to the plus and I will upgrade it for you.
  6. We will check this item asap. Best regards
  7. I think a simple sip trace would suffice here, I believe you can upgrade the snomONE plus since it's using Centos 32bit. The article should help setting up the pcap trace on the extension level. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Extension_PCAP
  8. Check if the call is being forward or the redirection cell phone is activated. It sounds like the call is being terminated out of the system?? Maybe you can post a SIP trace..
  9. For you 1st question you can try this link and see why the service fails or takes to long. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=PBX_Fails_to_Start you can CP on your post after you get the read out. Vitelity issue may have to be re-tested on 5.2.2. we haven't had any other issue with other trunk providers. The issue could be that they're looking at the same IP address? Are you hosting many domain on 1 box is the trunk global?
  10. What do you have set under the Number/Call Identification Rewrite global numbers: The magic could be solved there.
  11. it may make difference however you may want also try the route command to see if it would route the IP traffic properly between the sites
  12. Matt are you able to see this page under the domain edit button? you should be able to create domain admin on 5.2.2
  13. Hi, Nathan Is this setting populated "Explicitly list addresses for inbound traffic" if so can you post the sip-trace?
  14. The user/password is dictated by the Provisioning Parameter you can change the password in the domain--->general settings. Once you change the password you can reboot the unit then you can log in using the new password.
  15. Have you check the system time on the PBX? to verify you can look at a SIP trace from the logfile section to verify that time is correct.
  16. It' s not mentioned here however it's working on 5.2.2 http://vodia.com/documentation/releasenotes522 here is the upgrade link. http://vodia.com/documentation/software
  17. This feature used to work sometime ago, This app does do msg http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Snom_ONE_UCClient but now sure if it still works.
  18. Hi, timelo this has been tested on version 5.2.2 please check below so you can set the proper time format. Explicitly specify available times: This setting allows a user to specify a schedule for the system to use when calling the cell phone. Users must populate the fields for each day of the week. —Users can use either the 24-hour format (e.g., 21:00 for 9:00 p.m.) or the English AM/PM style (e.g., 9:00P for 9:00 p.m.). However, both formats require a start time and an end time (e.g., HH:MM-HH:MM). —To specify more than one time segment, the following format must be used: 9:00-12:00 13:00-17:00 —To specify the days on which the schedule should not be activated, such as a holiday or any other day, the holiday field must be used. To specify 1 day, use the MM/DD format (e.g., 11/24 for November 24). To specify 2 days, use the MM/DD format with a space between the days (e.g., 12/24 12/25 for December 24 and 25).
  19. Do you see the msg on the user phone? I remember sometime ago this was what the function was for.
  20. Hi, Timelo we will run this scenario in our lab. Keep you posted.
  21. We have tested this on version 5.2.2 set the both log in/out starcodes to *64 and *65, you should be able to log in and out of any agent group on the system. http://vodia.com/documentation/software
