  2. WAC is explained here. http://vodia.com/documentation/wac
  3. Here is an example. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <row><adr>192.168.0.0</adr><mask>16</mask><type>true</type></row> If it's the 1st entry name then save as 1

  5. If you would provide us with the trunk account info we will be able to figure this out for you and add the provider to our support trunk settings. You can send the info to my PM. Best regards
  6. Please check this article on incoming calls. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Inbound_Calls
  7. Check this article http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=NetBorder_Express_Quick_Tips You will have to use your URL when you do a wget. I think the NBE software has the Wanpipe included.
  8. Instead of putting the call forwarding on the phone, you can add that forwarding number on 1 of the stages on the group and add a duration of 20-30 to give it sufficient time for the call to be directed. Call forwarding does not work if the extension is part of the group, other option is to add that forwarding number as a cell phone number and it will ring both the ext and the mobile phone "forwarding number" as well but you will have to set "When calling the extension in a hunt group:" to yes on the cell phone section. so many options
  9. There are different ways to accomplish this. Will the extension registered? if not then you can use the redirection setting 1. Call forward all calls to: and put the 1777xxxxxxx 2. Call forward when not registered: and put the 1777xxxxxxx you can also use a huntgroup and put the 1777xxxxxxx on the 1st stage and add a duration of 20-30 second and add a final stage maybe the extension VM.
  10. Nice hidden feature but I remember you can permanently just put them on the main screen, I guess things changed on the phones firmware?
  11. Is the extension registered? usually when it's not registered it goes straight to VM a good indication is when you don't hear any ringback as well.
  12. The pbx only support BLF for yealink phone same for polycom ect. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Yealink you will have set your buttons as BLF for example park orbits is 87 so it would be BLF monitor pickup and speed dial 87
  13. The idea was to download http://provisioning.snom.com/download/fw/snomPA1-8.7.3.25-SIP-f.bin into a tftp server and have the PA1 point to that IP server and see if they will upgrade locally but if that does not function then I would RMA the unit and get another batch. Try these steps, "If the PBX is locally" 1. Download http://provisioning.snom.com/download/fw/snomPA1-8.7.3.25-SIP-f.bin 2. Dump that file into the working directory of the pbx folder tftp and Rename the bin file to snomPA1.bin note: if the tftp folder does not exist you will have to create that folder. 3. Turn on the tftp port on the PBX shown here http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=TFTP_Ports the restart the PBX service. 4. Log into the PA1 unit and under the upgrade setting put your PBX address 192..x.x.x/tftp/snomPA1.bin you might want to test if the bin is downloadable from the web browser. if that does not work then RMA the units.
  14. This is a common issue with snomONE plus that have bad voltage converters. "manufacture issue" Please contact http://claricomsolutions.com they will be able to help you replace the voltage converter. Best regards

  17. Have you try to do a recovery locally http://wiki.snom.com/Firmware/V8/PA1/Recovery The next step would be to send these defective unit to snom USA for a replacement.
  18. The snom 870 and 821 does support labeling do to the virtual keys unfortunately the snom 760 does not have that feature. You can activate the virtual key as well on the 821,820 and 870 when the phone is idle. http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/goto_virtual_keys_state_on_activity http://wiki.snom.com/Category:Virtual_Keys
  19. You can try this approach on trunking 2 PBX, it depends how fancy you want to get with the set up, we are currently re-vamping the documentation for version 5 but it should work just the same. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Branch_Offices
  20. Well if you want a custom message you have to record one very easily. If you're looking to modify the prompts on the PBX you can check out the audio_en folder in the Vodia PBX working directory. I think it would be more feasible to record you message on the phone http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Auto_Attendant_Welcome_Greeting or upload a professional prompts as well then you can setup the direct destination.

  24. it should resolve the DNS however TLS would require a certificate from the provider and I don't think this is implemented yet. Please check this article. http://www.informationweek.com/infrastructure/unified-communications/how-secure-are-sip-trunks/d/d-id/1080573?
