The hunt group would be perfect for your scenario, There you can set the name of the company, in the From Header setting, if she were part of many different HG then you can specify the DID and the company name for each and she can answer each call accordingly, you can also control the ringtone when each HG is called as well.   12. Hi Can you check the snom one directory for audio_moh , the moh files should be there. The ringback is located in the audio_en folder.
  13. We have tested this on 1 of our users domain, that had the same issue and it worked fine for us remotely, maybe remove the phone and bring to a different ISP provider "Location" and see how it behaves.

  22. To upgrade the yealink phone is pretty easy, I think the file is in zip form, you will have to extract it on your desktop and upload it to the phone as a bin file.
  23. Can you unregistered 340 and on the logging remove the register event. The goal here is to see if the pbx will send the caller to the VM without the phone being registered. Thanks
  24. You mentioned that users who are in area codes 206, 410 and 303 have issues getting to an extension VM, is it possible to provide us with a clean sip log of this event? Thanks
