  1. On TCP, Grandstream GXP1628 1.0.4.55 works well with one of our live phones here. Rest is up-to you. The models you have and what firmware you want them to have is your choice completely and doesn't depend on the PBX.
  2. Also make sure you're on the latest and the non-issue causing firmware of the GXP phone. That can also be one of the causes.
  3. Please update using this link: http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-63.0.3.xml Have you checked after clearing your cache on your cell phone browser. Also try from Chrome browser on the cell phone with incognito window.
  4. You've used this link right? http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-63.0.3.xml
  5. Also depends on your version. Make sure you're on 63.1 (it's in beta version but is stable). A screenshot for comparison will be better to understand.
  6. You're welcome Hope the settings work for you. If not let us know.
  7. Vodia and your router / firewall. You need not fill anything here. Not mandatory.
  8. Please check the green highlighted box in the first image on that doc.
  9. Please refer this doc for optimal ports and other issues that can be avoided: https://doc.vodia.com/onewayaudio
  10. Also, here is the document if you've not gone through it already: https://doc.vodia.com/trunk_wrtc
  11. We think you're looking for one of this (as it's not clear which is your preference): 1) https://doc.vodia.com/clickcall_extension OR 2) https://doc.vodia.com/click2dial OR 3) https://doc.vodia.com/webrtc_clicktocall
  12. Please try to duplicate these settings on your outgoing trunk as shown. And the regex in the Regular ANI section is: "hunt:from-ani disa:ext-ani disa:dom-ani from-ext:ext-ani from-cell:ext-ani from-trunk:from ext-ani dom-ani trunk-ani"
  13. All of those details are given by your trunk provider and depending on the trunk (registration or gateway) that you are using. Any of the settings from the PBX's side can be seen when you click on "?" next to any of the PBX GUI pages.
  14. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Let us get back to you on that.
  15. This should work ideally, as it's working for us on the 63.0 version, Build Date: Apr 18 2019 16:50:33. Did you make any changes to the template files of the phone or the images are not under the default folder on the system level (seen via SSH : /pbxwebai folder or within itself) ?
  16. 1) "Disable" the mailbox of the call receiving extension and see what difference you see. 2) Please see below:
  17. If you've provisioned the phone via the PBX (which you mentioned that you did), the credentials must be first set under the domain settings in "Provisioning parameter" setting. The authentication password that you set here (before you start provisioning any of the phones) is the one with which you'll login with everytime.
  18. The list numbers will be populated here. Delete the numbers and that's it.
  19. Not sure if this will work for you, but you can always try something like this:
  20. Hi, We suppose you're referring to "call back " feature which you can find only on the Agent Group setting on the PBX as described here: https://doc.vodia.com/agentgroups (Please ctrl + F for "call back". The word has space in it.)
  21. Nothing is wrong with you, please just downgrade to 63.0.2 (http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-63.0.2.xml) version and it should be working again. These are intermediate builds and are always in work-in-progress condition. But we remember we had asked you to upgrade your IOP as we were testing that for some other reason.
  22. We also have a third party login option: https://doc.vodia.com/third_party
  23. Are you looking for this? https://doc.vodia.com/websocket Hope this helps.
  24. We suppose what we have currently is "{display-name}". Does that help?
  25. Yeah modifying the pbx.xml shall work.
